Sorry for the lengthy post but im beyond ticked off. This store doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I have had an issue here before and should have learned my lesson then but I try to give everyone a second chance. The staff is rude and incompetent. When I pulled into the drive thru no one would actually come to the speaker and so after 4 minutes I went inside (only because I was ordering for coworkers and I forgot my phone or I would have left then) so I go inside. The chick at register (apparently her first day) had an attitude when I walked in. I guess I inconvenienced her by having her do her job. She got ticked off at me bc after being told to slow down on my ordering, which I did, she then had the nerve to get mad bc I didn't tell her upfront that my 3 separately paid orders all involve chicken so that evidently messes up how they drop the chicken. Like I should know that bc it's not like it is a chicken establishment and one would think as such, they would just be prepared to make chicken all the time. Then when that was done and I waited 20 minutes for my meals, I told her she forgot sides. Instead of finding someone who can fix that or even better, go get it her self she tells me that if I open the box i would see sides. Wow! Hadn't thought of that before! So when I tell her I had already she says "well what do u want me to do. It's my first day and I don't know what to tell you" um okay. You can do your job or find someone whose even slightly more competent to do it for You! That is just some of the experience. Let's move to after work when I call to talk to manager or get a corporate number (franchise so didn't get a number) then was told by the rude chick on the phone that the owner is the only manager and I can't talk to him bc he is never there. Really? That's the only manager for your entire store, is the owner? Then she gives the phone to some guy and says she is about to smack this "b** thru the phone" again sooooo professional. The guy claims to be a manager and when I complain about everything and the girl I just talked to on phone and ask for someone over him bc he clearly doesnt care what his employee just said about me to him, he tells me that there isn't anyone to talk to. When I asked if someone over him can call me back he said "he can write my info down my don't count on a call back bc his supervisor is a busy guy and won't call just to hear someone complain" Don't waste your time going here! Read moreThis is hands down the best Popeyes I've ever been to and I continue to visit almost weekly since I first came! I just moved here from New York and this Popeyes blows them out of the water with customer service and quality of food. Their biscuits can be a little fresher but they always fill up the wide containers to the top, and serve fresh well fried chicken. I have had memorable customer service experiences here, Some of the best customer service I've recieved in my life with unforgettable workers. I called in to ask for deals around 3pm once day and Alfonzo quickly and promptly told me about the products and told me he'd take care of me when I arrived, and sure enough he had my order ready (even though I was late!) as soon as I pulled up! It was fresh and tasted great, he even described fully the new sauces that the promo came with. I won't be surprised if he's not a manager because his knowledge and care for the customer was on point. Another night I came by very late to drive thru and jay (a light skin girl with blonder hair and glasses) took my order very effectively, offered us deals, and when pulling up to the window you could tell she was tired to be at work at the late hour but still gave such amazing customer experience. She offered us strawberry jam for the biscuit I ordered because they were out of honey I ordered and BOY was this the best thing ever! She made my entire meal 20x better by giving me the strawberry jam! I always order my biscuit with this jam now instead (except tonight they forgot to put it in my bag and gave me honey instead) This was weeks ago and I still have the reciept to write her a survey just for a small gesture she did of suggesting the jam to make a customer happy made my entire night. Another occasion there was a young man Shawn at the front counter at 12pm months ago. I was in an extreme rush and was waiting in line for a while. When I was almost to the front I quickly pulled him aside and let him know I didn't have much time left for my lunch break. He stopped everything he was doing, made my whole meal by himself (even though he was a register boy) and handed it to me with a discount and apology for my wait. This was months ago and I STILL will not forget how his speed and customer care were so perfect. I thank this whole team for making each visit make me feel welcomed at the location and that the people really care about the customers. Read moreSo I stopped by on my way from work I’ve never been to the store and I’m never coming back. I walked in and ordered and sat down at 5:05. Nobody’s in the lobby. Nobody was in the drive-through when I walked in and I was told it was gonna be 12 minutes on chicken so at 25 after after two people had walked in after me and got their order I walked up and said I’m still waiting on mine the lady like what’s on your ticket she didn’t have a ticket. I ordered three pieces of classic chicken dark with macaroni and cheese so here I am still waiting on fried chicken because they never dropped it and I’m waiting on the macaroni and cheese, which is not ready either wow I’ve been here for 30 minutes. The first time I’m at the store. I’ve been to other Popeyes before and they are way better. I don’t know who owns the store, but you need to get in there and you need to hire some people in the back you wanna work cause I saw that girl up there working and nobody was talking to her And she was calling out. Where is my chicken? Where is this? Where’s that nobody’s answering you should be ashamed of yourself first time here never coming back again 35 minutes is way too long to wait when you’re the only and first one into the restaurant and I sat down in the lobby, where there was a girl out there cleaning but the tables were dirty and I’m like what are y’all doing?
