Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I came to this Starbucks off and on. Because it's close to the area I used to live and now my granddaughters live in homes close by. So when I'm meeting up with them I stop here. Only! I am not comfortable at all here! 😞 I usually come before or after the crowds. And when there is a bit of a crowd it's annoying. You will have someone without ear piece playing a video on the phone out loud. Or a group talking and laughing extremely loudly. It's like you're in the center of the conversation. And the conversation well behind the counter the employees there slandering you if you don't look upper classed or drive their preferred cars I guess. I've heard it all about me and they obviously know nothing. I've worked harder than their coffee grinds and I did that too in my life time. At a higher classed place with art and local bands and now famous people . No big deal to me but there here is a lower class compared 😂 I've dug ditches moved large trees , boulders, drove big trucks, maintained mansions and there children for Doctors, indpls., symphony members, , Butler and Herron school of art professors and a whole lot of 62 yrs of work. I've lived life and experienced much and heard more than their ears can handle. They need to live life before they can assume or judge others living it . Ok I just came in to get some coffee and do some work if you don't mind considering I'm paying for it and show a sense of respect I appreciate can get the same. And for the one experience I had if you asked me for a glass of tap water I give you 2 glasses of filtered water not say oh we don't do that just because you think lowly of me. You don't have to serve me , that's true like you do to some others though you could close down your stores and jobs by doing it enough. Why not just be a little bit nicer thank you. I have a Starbucks that is closer to me on Emerson but I will drive the extra mile to come here based on these things. The parking lot is not chaotic and the lines flow quickly and smoothly. I often order ahead because I hate feeling rushed and more times than not get stressed out and order the wrong thing or something I didn’t actually want. The male barista did not make me feel rushed and actually helped me to make sure I got exactly what I was trying to get and was kind. The female barista at the window double checked to make sure I had everything I needed and wasn’t just quickly handing things off so I could get settled and things passed out to my kids and I appreciated that extra effort. If you ask for a Dark Roast coffee after 10:30 AM at the drive through, you will be refused the drink and asked to walk into the store to get your drink. If you order the dark roast through the APP, no questions asked! This was tested for 2 Months everyday. You wait for others to order 3-5 drinks and that takes more time than your request for a coffee! You pay $3 for a coffee and the employees get angry and refuse service. The Area Manager?
