This is the first bad review I’ve ever made, but this place has had consistent poor customer service. I came through on 8/5/24 after work. I asked for a veggie Mexican pizza and an avocado Verde sauce packet. After being met with a rude attitude by the worker (tall black woman with long, brown/black hair wearing black and pink tennis shoes) I finally got my bag of food. My sauce was not in there. I know it’s just sauce, but the way they handled it was so bad. I pulled around to go through the drive through again, to find a long line. I went inside and not a single person acknowledged my existence, nothing. After waiting for ten minutes I got back in my car and pulled up to the drive through. The same woman answered with an attitude, like she didn’t want to be there (I get people have a bad night but it’s consistent with this place) I told her I didn’t receive my avocado verde sauce and she made it seem like they didn’t have the verde sauce?? Not sure if she just didn’t know what verde was. She informed me of the avocado sauce they do have (literally the one I was asking for, and she had no problem adding it onto my bill when I asked for it initially). She said to come inside, I told her I already waited at the counter for ten minutes. She said “okay. Wait in the line”. And so I did. I pulled up to the window, the other worker at the window (she was nice) asked the other one about the sauce. I had my window up and my door closed and the worker (the rude one) proceeded to KNOCK on my window and say “here you go. Have a good day” with complete sarcasm (also it is 10pm but thanks ig). Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I’m not sure if this is just a night shift thing but we have been there during the day and have never had a problem. The regular cashier, perry I think it is. Always makes sure our order is right. Now, I’m not the one to cause hassle especially to fast food workers as I know the feeling of working in fast food BUT I had a few complaints. First, it was unwelcoming. When I walked in, the manger was up front taking orders and he didn’t care to welcome us or say hi. He took my order and got it wrong which wasn’t a big deal because I do understand mistakes but it was starting to irk me when I asked him for dine in instead of to go, he ASSUMED we wanted to go, so I asked him if he could prepare the food for dine in and he said ok that’s fine then they called my order and I walked up there noticed it wasn’t for dine in but I wasn’t going to make a big deal not having my food on a tray. I then noticed that 4 of my tacos had no lettuce when I specified easy lettuce, then my quesadilla wasn’t even cooked. I opened the foil and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It looked like they just slapped the cheese on there and served it. So I went up there and showed the manger the quesadilla and his EXACT words were “well what do you want me to to do?” So I had just thrown that away and I asked if he could remake it for me and he said sure. Read moreHave messed up my order three straight times. This most recent time (today), they forgot to add napkins, the requested sauces, and my receipt in the bag. When I called in, the lady I spoke with said "well just because we forgot to give you that stuff does not mean that your order is wrong."
The time before that when they forgot a menu item, they also did not give me the receipt that time as well. So when I went back, I had no way to prove to them my order was wrong. They would not help me.
The time before that, had I returned to reconcile the order, I would have been late to clock back in to work, losing money. Was not worth it the money lost to receive a missing menu item. And when I called that time, they seemed uninterested to help. It would have been my fault for being late to work, not their fault for messing up the order in the first place.
I get that it is fast food and you get what you get from an employee standpoint. But if these mistakes are constantly happening to me without the staff caring, I worry that dozens of orders a day are wrong. Not worth me...
