First off, I want to start by saying what a OUTSTANDING TEAM you have at the store located at 5010 East Country Line Road, Indianapolis IN 46237. I just wanted to make sure they received the proper recognition they deserve. Ill tell you about a nightmare my company had with Jimmy Johns off Lowes BLVD. in Greenwood. We had placed a $200 order on a Tuesday July 16th, for two 24 pack Sandwiches and 2 jars of pickles. We had placed the order to be delivered on Saturday July 20th at 11:45am. We were hosting our annual pool party. The delivery never showed up even though the online order status stated it was out for delivery. When we went to check on the order at the store location the staff was rude and said they did not complete the order due to “lack of bread”. Obviously, placing this order days in advanced I expected better customer service. Instead we were asked why we even bothered showing up? I was furious but I had to remain calm and come up with a solution. As I had residents at our pool party, hungry as can be and expecting food as promised. I had one thought to call one of your stores and was blessed to hear an angel on the other end of the phone. When I called and explained what had happened, Brian had amazing customer service and immediately asked how he could help. I asked him how fast he could get me 6 party packs of Tacos ready. He simply replied, “I have a whole team ready to serve you!” This instantly changed my whole day around. We drove from Jimmy Johns store to your Store location on Emerson and County Line Road in 7 minutes. When we arrived, the party packs were already completed and Brian was there to assist. I can not express enough how grateful my residents are for the AMAZING customer service that your WHOLE TEAM had. I was simply amazed how fast and accurate the order that we place in 7 minutes was completed. They also provided sauces, napkins and a smile. We will MOST DEFINITELY return next year or for any future events that call for your stores service. They saved the day and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Read moreI had money, you had the taco but I can’t have taco?!?! I heard about the new Cantina taco, I drove to Taco Bell, the place that gives the yummy taco and was told I can’t have the taco because you can only have it if you order it online! Here I am, anticipation is high, mouth watering, it’s about to go down. I’m gonna eat my way into new taco bliss right!!! Nope. I forgot my phone. Who the heck needs a phone, I know where the yummy tacos are. I’m in the drive through, I’m at the speaker, I place my order for several Cantina tacos, the lady says do you want soft or hard, I tell her yes. I’ll take them all, I got money and I want the taco. I need it, I can smell it, you have the taco and I WANT IT!!! She says ok, pauses then says oh, sorry, that’s only available online. I’m confused. I say it’s ok, I’m here now, no need to get on the interwebs, this is happening in real life. She’s like nope, sorry, you can only have the taco if you order it online. I say hey, I forgot my phone, all I have is this fist full of cash and a hankering for some yummy tacos. Let’s do the deal, nobody will know, it will be our little secret. I whisper that last part, no need for anybody to know what’s happening here. It’s just a little taco deal. Nope, no tacos for Joey. I ask again, I can hear the distain in her voice, I did not use my magic pocket computer and now I’m seeing a future with no tacos. I tried to hold it together but one single tear slipped down my cheek as I again pleaded for the yummy taco. I let one last whimper slip past my lips… but Joey wants the taco?? NO!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM. Only the internet can give you the delicious taco, you sad little voice is not enough!!!! I’m home now writing this review. I stopped at Hardee’s. I ate through 7 chicken tacos and a mushroom and Swiss trying to drown my sadness. Hardee’s did not care that my phone was at home, they just gave the tacos. I still think about the cantina taco though. What’s it taste like? Is it awesome? Can somebody just tell me about it?!?! With much...

My family and I went here 3 times. The first time was fine. The second time we were told that there were no beans, nachos or twists because 'the night crew did not set us up.' The third time they had the lobby locked with no sign up.
2nd visit- I have worked for Taco Bell for over 3 years during my life, mostly as an assistant manager. I understand how stressful it can be to come into a shift that is not setup for success. During those times, you have to tighten your belt buckle, multitask and get the job done. When we went to TB, is was around 12:30p. This was more than enough time to get beans ready (takes 45 minutes), fry some nachos and twist since the morning shift came in. It sounds like this manager gave up when they came in and it showed. We left.
3rd visit- My daughter is a 2 year old that is perfecting potty training. We decided to give this location another chance because we all have a bad day. As soon as we pulled up, my daughter said, 'I have to pee.' That means it's go time! I got her out of the car as quick as possible and ran up to the door just for the lobby to be locked and no sign on the door. We had to run to Popeyes to use the restroom.
I will not return to this location and will encourage everyone to...
