Went here on a weekday after work. It was pretty empty, so we got a table fast. The first thing I noticed was the poor service. The employees are not attentive and seem to be a bit lost in their own space and unsure of themselves. My group all had thai iced tea, split spring rolls, crab rangoons and tom kha soup, which were all good. My pad kee maow was also quite tasty. However, I noticed other dishes at my table seemed watery, undercooked and not flavorful. I never heard anyone else rave about their dish. My nephew ordered the chicken nuggets and fries from the kids menu, which he found to be gross. Unfortunately, during a moment of adjusting my pant leg, I noticed the floor under our table was quite dirty and there were tons of ants crawling beneath us. This place has potential but needs to works out the kinks. If they don't, I could see them closing, like many other businesses in the location.

Ordered via Doordash for pickup. Pickup was easy and staff were friendly during the brief interaction. Pad Ped- small serving for the price, especially compared to the other dishes. Disappointed with this dish. Ordered the dish with no spice but came very spicy. Red curry: large serving of rich creamy curry. Ordered with medium spice which was perfect even for family members who do not like spicy food Pad Thai: large serving, we ordered it with no spice but recommend adding atleast mild spice. Smallest amount of meat of the 4 dishes we ordered Pad Kee Mao: generous serving of noodles, meat, and vegetables. Well balances flavor Overall the red curry was our favorite dish. Recommend Thaitanium as a good value good quality Thai restaurant in Indianapolis

let me just start off with two words. LUNCH SPECIALS. I swear this place has taken my business away from every other spot located on Mass Ave with their lunch specials. First off, the soup that's served with the lunch special is so flavorful. I wanted to go to the kitchen and hug the chef! I could literally have that broth for the rest of my life and be content. The portion sizes are always on point and the spice level hits juuuuust right. The soup on their lunch special is just what I need on a chilly day. please please please try this place out!

Before 03/31/2021, Thaitanium was my family's go-to spot for Thai food in Indianapolis. However, this past Wednesday's service and food quality was subpar.

As our usual practice, we called to place our order with Thaitanium but the phone was disconnected several times at different points in the day. So we finally drove to the location to order our carry-out. Upon arriving I greeted the female hostess and informed her and the male waiter that their phone was disconnected. She picked up a dead landline receiver and offered an "oh, did you know our phone was disconnected?" to the waiter who shrugged his shoulders. I've worked in restaurants before... not charging the phone that connects you to paying customers is always an intentional act.

Nevertheless, she scurried off and the waiter took our order. He was curt but he was also waiting tables and walk-in customers by himself, so I understand. However, the dining room only had four tables that were occupied, so it wasn't that busy. Nevertheless, our food was sitting on the counter for five minutes beside the hostess who came back to serve another walk-in customer. Not being sure if that was our order, we walked up to the counter to inquire. The hostess never acknowledged our existence as we waited for her to hand us our food. Instead, she swiped cards and shuffled through paperwork. She was, however, attentive enough to bid a dine-in couple farewell as they exited the restaurant.

The waiter came up and attempted to confirm our order with her but she blew him off. He handed us our order and we left. The appetizers and one entree of three were cold, my go-to entree had an odd taste and smell, but my mom's entree was fine and up to her standards. Due to this experience, we will not be dining with Thaitanium again. Even though this was only one bad incident out of several good ones, the experience of being blatantly ignored and disregarded as paying customers didn't sit well with us. There are too many restaurants in Indianapolis to settle for that type of service and food quality.

As I call today, 04/01/2021 at 1pm to inform the owner/manager of my experience from yesterday, the phone is STILL...

I love Thai but was hoping for a little better experience. The satay was plentiful, but the chicken hadn't absorbed much of the marinade and didn't have a lot of flavor. There was literally a single small cube of cucumber in the cucumber salad, and I normally like to have a bite of cucumber with every bite of satay. My husband gave his chicken Pad Thai a 5/10 for flavor, noting the chicken was bland. I loved my Seafood noodle soup. The broth was exceptionally flavorful and had a great kick (I ordered it medium). Our greatest discomfort was with the temperature near our table. We sat just to the right of the front door, by the front window, and the temperature was something south of frigid. I was wearing jeans and boots and my legs were aching from the cold. None of us took our winter coats off, and my husband kept his scarf wrapped around his neck. The service was below average for Mass Ave restaurants. Much of the time several servers were milling around the entrance, right next to us. However, other than serving the food and bringing the check, our server never came by to check on us. She brought carry-out containers because none of us finished our dinners, but I struggled with having to transfer a big bowl of noodle soup into a tall narrow container. My husband eventually took over, but we ended up with onions all over the table. At least it didn't get splashed on my coat! I read a few reviews that mentioned the prices were high, but I think they very similar to other Thai...
