I was just at your store with my two small Pom puppies and I was told they couldn’t be inside. Ok fine, so I tried to order online while sitting outside. It’s confusing to read your miniature handwritten sign from my seat and I had some questions so I peeped my head back inside asked if someone could come outside to help me. The 2 girls gave me so much attitude (think Mean Girls) and blatantly refused to assist me. I told them how much I love bubble tea and that I had looked forward to it all day and that this was super disappointing. Some random “customer” (teenage female) even decided to chime in that these girls were not managers and that it wasn’t their decision and that they had no idea how to work the online ordering. Is there really no manager on site with 2 teenage girls manning a store full of their “friends”? Who else would speak to another random customer like they knew the situation?! So instead of helping me go through the menu, they refused to lift a finger. Instead of getting defensive and rude, they could’ve made it fun and welcoming and earned a loyal customer. My father just bought a house on Guilford only a few houses down from BR Ave and I would’ve certainly been there often. And the crazy thing is that I’ve worked in customer-centric positions for 2 decades and this was by far the most I have EVER been disrespected and flat out denied assistance. Those girls do not understand customer service and clearly don’t get what being an employee means. Please find yourself some decent people to work your “counter” Youmi. Awful, disheartening, just ruined my...
Read moreOne reviewer said this reminds them of the crepes you can find on the streets of Tokyo. I have been to Tokyo, and have had their crepes. These are nothing compared to those in Japan. They look similar, but don't even taste remotely the same.
The inside of the store wasn't super inviting. The tables and chairs were super flimsy. The Thai tea had a SUPER artificial flavor. I asked for ham and cheese and she clearly gave a turkey and cheese crepe. Everything in there just feels like its half butted done. She wasn't super friendly or welcoming or anything like that. Just like a what do you want attitude and let me get it done and over with. The inside looks like it could be more inviting and cuter for such a great location. Add some cute couches, make a background wall where people can take pictures, keep the menu on one place, one wall, easy to read. Add games, etc. take note from other boba places in Indy or places where people enjoy going. It just feels like the shop is set to make money, not to please customers. The entrance is also super weird, like closed off with tables and benches, like its not a warehouse? Plus everything is super pricy. Will NOT be going back or recommending unless some changes are made. Sorry. If you want a good boba places go to Harmony Tea, or go to Yoya near 86th and Michigan. But this is not the place.
A customer is taking its time to go to a place to spend their hard earned money and time to go enjoy their time with their friends. Please keep this...
Read moreThe boba isn't sweet at all. The menu says you can pick what kind you want in your drink but she only gave us the options of regular boba. There was two girls behind the counter, we stood there about 10 minutes waiting just to have our order taken. There was one other couple here just waiting for drinks. Took another 10-15 for our drinks that came out disgusting. The girls didn't seem to have any clue what they were doing behind the counter. I got a coffee milk tea with boba coffee taste like an iced coffee that's been sitting out all day. Watered down tasted terrible hardly any coffee taste. My husband had mango which also tasted extremely watered down. It also had a strange color. Figured mango would look more orange than brown. And like I said the boba is disgusting. Immediately spit them out. Waste...
