I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your location. I had placed an order for a party where several guests have specific food allergies. Unfortunately, none of the specialty pizzas I ordered were made with the correct ingredients. This was not only disappointing but also posed a serious health risk to my guests.
When I called the store to address the issue, I was connected with the manager, Brad. From the very beginning of the conversation, Brad was unprofessional and defensive. He did not listen to my concerns and instead raised his voice and spoke over me. Due to his confrontational tone, I asked a friend to take over the conversation in hopes of better communication, but Brad continued to speak with defiance and disrespect. He was argumentative and dismissive, making the situation even more frustrating.
Brad eventually agreed to remake the order, but at no point did he offer any reassurance that the pizzas would be remade correctly — a crucial point, given the allergy concerns. Shockingly, the call ended with him angrily hanging up on us.
After taking a moment to process what had happened, we no longer felt comfortable allowing Brad or his team to handle our food. We called back to cancel the remake and request a refund. The employee who answered, Elisabeth, responded with a noticeably rude and disgusted tone. Rather than handle the situation with professionalism, she loudly repeated our request across the room to Brad, and then abruptly told us to expect the refund in 7–10 business days before hanging up.
This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The lack of care, accountability, and basic courtesy from both Brad and Elisabeth was unacceptable — especially when dealing with a food safety concern. I would strongly urge you to review how customer complaints are handled at this location.
I would appreciate written confirmation that my refund is being processed and that appropriate steps are being taken to ensure this kind of treatment does not happen to others...

I would recommend, but check for your dipping sauces and that your toppings are correct. They usually get it right, but there have been a couple times things were missed. The little details matter. Overall positive though. Also, the order tracker doesn't seem to run all the way through to completion most the time, on their website for some reason. This is specific to this location.
