My wife and I took our grandson to get a Happy Meal. We went through the drive-thru. My vehicle was the second in line on the left lane. Once the Grey Honda Accord in front of me moved forward, I drove in front of the order speaker. As I stood there waiting to place my order, I observed the right lane as a Grey Ford Mustang placed an order and drove forward. Then, a Silver Ford Explorer placed their order and drove forward. And, a Black Ford Taurus placed an order and drove forward. I was there for 10 minutes. I then drove forward to get in the merging lane. As soon as I came to the first window, I asked the young Latina behind the register to call her manager. Another young Latina came to the window and told me, she was the manager. Neither one of the two Latina young women gave me their names. I explained to the manager what happened. The young Latina Manager did not apologize for what happened. All she told me was that the first window takes the orders for the left lane. And, at the moment, the camera to that lane is not working. Therefore, the cashier did not know I was there waiting to place my order. I told the Manager, was it a coincidence that once I drove forward the cashier's voice came over the order speaker. And, the cashier began to take their order of the vehicle behind me. The vehicle waa a White Honda Accord. She did not know what to tell me. Just looked at me with a blank stare. She then as to take my order and paid. I then drove to the second window. Right away a male attendant handed me, my grandson's Happy Meal. I opened up the box to check if the order is complete. The french fries were cold and saggy. I handed the Happy Meal box back to the male attendant. I told him the french fries were cold and saggy.I asked for fresh batch of french fries. I could not see who was the person handling the french fries. When the male attendantI handed the Happy Meal box back to me. I handed the box to my wife who was in the rear seat with my grandson. Trusted their service. Once, I got home, I opened the Happy Meal box to find out that the person handling the french fries mixed an old batch of french fries with a fresh batch of french fries. I did not feed this to my grandson. I tasted one of the cold and saggy fries. Not only was the fries cold and saggy, I could taste the oil they were fried in. The frying oil needs to be replaced. It is sad to have this experience. This McDonald's was one of the last McDonald's that seemed to care about their customers....
Read moreWell I usually get food from McDonalds walk-in dining on most regular days. Well I was up early in the morning going to a job interview so I ordered an Uber and had the driver take me to the McDonald's on Century Blvd and Prairie Ave in Inglewood CA and upon arrival I select the drive thru to places my order for faster service. Well I placed an order and when I went to pay for my meal using my cash app Scan and Pay QR Code on my Android phone it wasn't working properly because the scanner used in the drive thru is for Tap and Pay. So in order for me to be able to place an order and pay for it was to wait till 5 am for the dining area to open for service. (1) If you have the proper device for Tap and Pay available at the drive thru window so customers can pay for their order conveniently then you should have the same proper device on hand as well for the customers who pay with Scan QR Codes . It was a poor showcase of training the employee on proper customer service because when asked if they had the device for Scan QR Codes for paying for my order and the employee response to me was "Yes we have it But you will have to wait till 5 am when the inside area opens. And it was a 30 minute wait till 5 am at that time so I decided to cancel the order and proceed with my...
Read moreOut of state from New Mexico visiting a friend after the Black Eye Peas concert and decided to place a mobile order for me and some friends to dine on after late hours. Upon arriving to Mcdonalds location I was confronted by an employee at 3:52 am who stated my order would not be completed due to hour meal change, understandable. For some odd reason I was adviced by the drive thru employee to call a number which she did not provide me with. Upon asking for her name as reference, she became extremly defensive and approached me in a way of integeration, and after attempting to understand her approach, this employee slam closed her drive thru window at me and my family. I have never experienced this type of approach from any Mcdonalds in our 25 years of business. Extremely shocked by this locations approach, I hope the rest of our trip here in California does not reflect with the same actions, approach and attitude as this locations very...
