I tried them again today. I go to the gym next door so I'd love to like this place. They've taken over the sidewalk in front, so if you're using the sidewalk you have to step into the fire lane. They've been open 1 day and they already have 6 reviews (although most of those are from people with less then 3 reviews). This is s chain around Florida, they're all open from 7am to 3pm. This is a brand new restaurant, and it looks very nice. It's next door to anytime fitness, by Wynn Dixie. They're a "themed" restaurant, and their theme is trains. My breakfast was a custom omelet, rye toast and sliced tomatoes. It was good, except for the toast. It looked like it had been smashed maybe because I asked for it dark. Not good. My check came to $16.48. We have a lot of good diners along hwy 41, Papa Js, Mama's Kuntry Kitchen, Huddle house, Darrels diner, the Diner and Robin's. They're all very good, Breakfast Station seemed a little bit more expensive than most of the others. After reading the other reviews, it's pretty obvious many are fake. I don't have anything against this place, but I don't care for businesses that put up fake reviews.

Very disappointing experience!!! I had the driest, most tasteless Veggie Omelet I've ever had anywhere in my 60 years of living... I also asked for the fresh fruit side, only to have my waitress come back and tell me that they were fresh out... I had originally planned to have a salad, but I was advised there were no low-fat dressings available for the salads, and the salad dressings are out of packets, definitely no homemade dressing at this place. My Granddaughter got the Children's Chicken Fingers & Fries... She didn't eat them, that should pretty much speak for itself... I highly recommend that you pass this place and take yourself to Mama's Country Kitchen where you will have a completely enjoyable meal with homemade dressings!! I only came here to The Breakfast Station because it's Memorial Day and Mama's Country kitchen was closed... I definitely won't be back!!! Definitely pass this place by is my opinion!! $22.55 for a Veggie Omelet that didn't even have cheese, a dry English Muffin, the children's meal & 2 drinks... No Thanks from this reviewer!!!

We’ve dined here a few times now, for breakfast and lunch, and I can recommend Breakfast Station unreservedly for both. The staff are welcoming, informative and efficient. During one recent visit, our server had a customer at another table who was a pain in the @ss. He asked pointless questions, called her over needlessly even though she was obviously busy, etc. (Anyone who’s ever been a server knows the type!) The server was remarkably patient and kind. The food is good — we didn’t try anything fancy, but the ingredients are fresh and cooked well and served quickly. One of these days, we’ll give some of the more elaborate dishes and beverages a try since the staff has demonstrated skill. Another thing I noticed: the place is clean, thanks to staff attention to detail. You notice it in the little things, like picking up a salt shaker that you can tell has been sanitized between table turnovers. Breakfast Station is a new favorite thanks to details like that, along with the great crew, fun atmosphere and good food.

Update..... I appreciate the response back from the restaurant and also appreciate the understanding how this could be an issue as having plastic in the food is very concerning. I truly feel having a manager on site is crucial to putting out the best for their customers. Thank you for reaching out.

This is an honest review...this restaurant is cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly and professional, but let's talk about where it went downhill. We ordered breakfast for 4 people, my food came out cold, which is not the end of the world for me. I'm a mama, I'm used to cold food. However , my husband ordered the country steak with gravy, eggs and hash browns. Mid way through he keep saying he was eating something funky and when he pulled it out of the gravy it appeard as though it was a thin long onion , after I grabbed it to feel the texture it began to almost unravel and kept unraveling, which was a good size piece of plastic, possibly from a plastic bag. Enough to turn your stomach. That alone made us realize the food prep was lacking. When I asked the server for the Manger she stated the manager was not in. Not in??????? Possibly if the manager was in the food would have been checked upon putting it up and less mistakes to be made. Don't get me wrong, my food - although cold, was okay, not bad. My daughter had an eggshell in her omelet and some veggies she did not request . It was like something out of a movie. My son was the only one that got away with a decent meal. He had pancakes. I wish I could recommend this place, but this was our first and last time unfortunately. I do many reviews, and always love to recommend a fabulous restaurant for many but this is definitely not one of them. Honestly we had better food and service at the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Breakfast Station, and I can confidently say it's the best breakfast spot in Citrus County! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, thanks in large part to the outstanding team.

James, the manager, truly sets the tone for the entire experience with his exceptional work ethic and dedication to customer service. He’s always around to ensure everything runs smoothly, and his genuine care for guests is evident. You can tell he values his staff and creates a positive environment that translates into fantastic service.

Lilly, Morgan, and Alyssa are standout members of the team, always bringing a friendly smile and an inviting demeanor. They make you feel right at home and are quick to make recommendations that enhance your meal. Their attentiveness and warmth elevate the dining experience, turning an ordinary breakfast into a delightful occasion.

Whether you're in the mood for classic pancakes or a hearty omelet, The Breakfast Station delivers consistently delicious food in a welcoming setting. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a top-notch...
