Good Burger King since it's local right out front for when go out for the day and need fast food. However, they read ever coupon and give you hard time. They KNOW all their coupons are all the same ones....using the exact same "code" every time no matter if its expired or not. The come in the mail with really long expiration dates too, and overlap evey time we get new ones. So, naturally, I had the older set which expired. The cashier made me search my car's coupon holder I have, and give her a non-expired coupon. As mentioned, its the SAME code. She knew, that we knew, that too....but did not comment on it when we stated it. I believe she was a manager too, blonde hair heavy set. She should know this sort of pettiness is going to produce reviews like this. The bigger problem is that she looked irritated about it, more so then I was having to go get the coupon! Even if she would thought to have said something in a nice way, that they "have to show good expiration dates on the coupons that they take, sorry". But no, she looked disgusted and made me go get the coupon and never and never responded to any part of the whole situation. And thats from managment...
And no, she didnt appear to be experiencing any previous irritations....she was petty and carefree about THIS...
Read moreIt never fails, the drive through order taker, always seems grouchy and annoyed when you come late at night. I get it, it's late, we're coming 15 minutes before you're closing, but guess what? You're still open, and we're still paying customers, therefore I do believe that we should be treated like any other customer should be treated and that is with kindness. You get paid to work that late, therefore until you close, you should make every customer feel welcomed, not like a burden. I don't typically write bad things, but this has been like an ongoing thing and sometimes you just can't get there till later. I work with customers as well, even the last minute stragglers like I tend to be. Never, ever, have I made them feel unwelcome because they came in late, but while we're still open. I treat them as if they've come in Right when we open, in the middle of the day, or when I'm dead tired and ready to go home. And that's with warmth and welcomeness, kindness and friendliness. Because that makes him want to come back even if they only have 5 minutes to shop around when...
Read moreMust be a new manager at night or lack of help because the restaurant was the filthiest I have ever seen it! Almost all the tables and booths were filthy. Crumbs spilled ketchup syrup. I did not see the seat of sadden had a layer of syrups build on it and when I went to get up my shorts were all sticky on the back from the spilled syrup and when I looked harder there were little tiny crumbs all over the place and the syrup was dripping off the edge of the table problem was from where I sat everyone I looked at had crumbs or ketchup or something on them and all the booze looked filthy that if you sat on then you would be sitting in something. The men's room had no toilet paper it was urine all over the floor around the urinal and the shade looked like someone had bathed two or three dogs covered in mud in them and it had it dripping off the sides.
