I will do 5 stars for service, but I have to say I am very disappointed in DANIEL BLUST who was very money hungry from my fiancé and I. We told him we wanted the 2 lines unlimited everything for $80 and he lied to me and told me that plan wasn't available when indeed it was. It was even on the chalk board. Besides that I just wanted to switch because we had tmoblie and it wasn't working in Inverness and was tired of paying $150 a month. He told me there's a plan for $100 with unlimited everything, but after 3 days of having it my data said it was done because in reality I only had 8GB same with my fiancé I was so pissed because Daniel made me pay $168 to sign up for a plan that I didn't even want when I spefically told him I need UNLIMITED DATA and he gives me 8GB. Money hungry like I said, also got annoyed when I told him we didn't need new phones. So my fiancé went in yesterday to fix our plan because we need data like I said luckily bryce our favorite was there to fix our issue and he told me the $80 a month plan was still there and was confused on why Daniel lied to me. I am very upset with Daniel and think this was so rude to do. Never am I purchasing anything from Daniel because I don't trust him. And also Daniel got all upset when I didn't want to do auto pay which pissed me off because it's my choice if I want it or not! Just disappointed wish I would have gotten my service from Bryce in the first place I feel horrible that this is counting for Daniel. But other than this mess I love cricket service works perfect EVERYWHERE & I love my monthly bill of $80 a month so much better than paying $150 or more with tmoblie.    Read moreI visited this location this morning in regard to an issue with my Cricket SIM card. My iPhone would not register my physical SIM card, and I asked if it could be fixed. The young lady, Yali, stated my phone was outdated and providing a new SIM card would not work. Essentially, she said, my only option was to upgrade my phone. She proceeded to give me a quote for a new iPhone 13 in which she stated it would be $570+. I politely asked for my phone back and proceeded to get a second opinion. I had to travel to Tampa for work and visited the Cricket location on Fletcher. Within 10 minutes they were able to provide a eSIM card which fixed the issue with my phone and now it is working perfectly fine. Furthermore, the gentleman working advise me that I had a $200 discount on any smart phone in the store. I asked him about the iPhone 13 specifically and he stated that after my discount I would be eligible for the iPhone 13 at a little over $300 which is a lot less than what Yali quoted. Iâm glad I got a second opinion because had I not I wouldâve been swindled into buying an overpriced iPhone 13.
