Arby's — Restaurant in Irvine

This place is one of the worst fast food chains ever. Bad customer service all around with no sense of decency whatsoever along with lack of kindness and courtesy; the food is not that great either served with terrible quality and presentation. Even nearby McDonald’s do a lot better than that. The staff at this Arby’s even throw a bad attitude at you for no good reasons. For example, they don’t even greet you when you drive up to the window and then they almost shove the food right at you. Do they not have good manners or what??? I had to set them straight and teach them a lesson about that. Manager was there but did not care. Horrible disgusting behaviors. What is their stupid problem??? I once tried the Arby’s near Disneyland and that one is not this bad. There is something terribly wrong with the service, staff, and food quality at this Irvine location. I expected more from Irvine coming from Laguna Beach. Maybe that’s why this place is losing a lot of customers and look so deserted compared to the better restaurants and food chains nearby. It’s no wonder McDonald’s still ranks at the top of the “Best” restaurant list worldwide. I always see long busy lines at chick filet (another great fast food chain), In n Out, McDonald’s, Panda Express, The Habit Burger, Taco Bell, Red Robin, and many other great restaurants in the area. This Arby’s look dead and abandoned. They might as well shut it down. It’s worthless.

They either need to learn how to be better human beings or get out permanently. Nobody needs that kind of service or behavior, especially from a place that serves food. It’s repulsive, unacceptable, and unethical behavior. I don’t recommend this place but if you want bad fake services and bad quality food, then go for it. I will never go back to this Arby’s again. NO THANK YOU! There are so many good options to choose from in Irvine. Very good diverse...

Wow, first time I've NOT had a great experience. Wife gets the Arby's flyer, they have the 2 for 5, deal. Sends me to go get some classic roast beefs for dinner. I drive on down to the drive through. Get to the window and told they no longer have the deal. Charged full price for 10 classic roast beef sandwiches. Order included a turkey & swiss (couldn't find the swiss in all the sauce) sandwich, all for just under $42. No receipt, told we had to pull out of the drive through despite NO ONE ELSE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. The turkey sandwich had way to much sauce, to little turkey, resulting in a sloppy sandwich. Two bites in and I couldn't eat any more it. Thankfully it's hard to mess up a roast beef sandwich.

Lack-luster… Underwhelming… Uninviting… Disappointing.. These are words that best disrobe this location. The roast beef sandwich was as bad as it looks in the picture. Now, in all of my reviews I maintain a simple review policy. Honesty. This $17.19 for a pathetic sandwich, stale curly fries and a drink? WOW!! Arby’s you have the meats and the GREED! The staff had ZERO personality and looked like they were half asleep… No, welcome to Arby’s… No good afternoon! Nothing! The Gyro was chewy and lacked flavor… The tiny classic roast beefs were 2 for $7… Crazy! Now I know why there was 0.. No one, zip, zilch, people standing in line to order for.. It’s lunch time on a Saturday!! On a busy street intersection… It becomes clear.. $38 later.....
