This chick fil a location is okay. Agreed with other posters that the drive through situation is not great, and the parking lot is chaos, but I do think they are doing what they can to manage it.

My issues with this location are that the operator has chosen not to put out any condiments, napkins, anything for dine in service. This would be okay if trays were consistently delivered with what you need, but I often find myself without napkins, without a straw, or something else. Again, this wouldn’t be a big deal if employees were attentive to these issues, knowing that they took the ability for the customer to solve it themselves away. However, I find it an unreasonably long wait to finally get a worker to notice me standing at the counter for service to get items I should be able to get myself. I have started standing in the ordering line just to guarantee their attention.

Additionally, the operator has chosen to disable the option to order ice water on the app. I can’t think of any reason for this except to make people feel like free water is not an option, increasing what they spend.

HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!! Whoever runs this franchise needs to come check on it IMMEDIATELY because the staff and the food awful, literally everyone needs to be fired and rehire people who actually understand how to cook and run a business. I have never been to a bad chick fila until today OMG. First off we waited in line for almost 15 mins and they got the order wrong lol… on top of that the food was cold and stale, fries felt like rocks, the frosted lemonades were bland and taste like cold plain yogurt or something… I called to let them know and the manager said to bring the food back the next day as if it’s not a inconvenience already…. Me and my husband were on the way to the movies which is why we stopped to get a bite to eat before hand so to have to keep food and drinks for over 12 hours to return is literally insane, especially because your not supposed to accept food back once it’s already been touched by the other party lol. For sanitation reasons, we didn’t eat any of the food and stopped drinking the drinks IMMEDIATELY because it was so nasty and tasteless. I don’t think this was chick fila I think it’s an undercover McDonalds...
