What an experience at this location!!! Order online; arrived at the location 20 minutes later, and was told the order was not completed. I was told 2 of the drinks still needed to be made. I waited and watched customers pick up their online orders. I didn't understand how my order was not completed since 2 of the 4 drinks were already completed and sitting by the window to water down. If 2 of the drinks were already made, then why were the other 2 taking so long, and they were all cold drinks. I asked and told that they are short hand however I counted 8 employees in this drive thu location. Two were sitting in a rolling chair, not sure why. After asking again I was ignored and then an employee named Imon slammed the drive thru door on my hand. Then the shift lead came to the window and was even worse. I told her that her employee slammed the door on my hand and was only able to say, oh. Didn't apologize or attempt to make it the situation better. After requesting for a refund, that also was hard to get. Once in the process of giving me a refund, she stopped to attempted to help another customer. I told her what are you doing, and that she needed to give me refund instead helping another customer. After being at the location for 35 minutes I received a refund. Read moreI usually come to the Starbucks because I typically have a decent experience, but today was completely the opposite. The barista Shaquil gave me a half empty coffee. I asked for a grande cup to do a comparison, because I thought this looks way less than if I would’ve just ordered a grande drink. Shaquille immediately called me aggressive and said I did not need to act this way probably because I’m a person of color, and female so the automatic ignorant discriminatory verbiage would be to call a female aggressive or defensive. I guess since everybody is removing their DEI rules it’s ok to be blatantly racist. When I measured it, right in front of Shaquil. He proceeded to tell me I ordered light ice, which I do for a reason because they typically give me a cup of creamer when they make my drink, as he did. Read moreI wanted to report the two baristas (Hispanic girl & her male coworker) as I ordered two spinach feta wraps and two medicine ball teas we drove to the window and paid for our order then a couple minutes later the lady at the window gave us semi cold teas when they were supposed to be hot. We asked her if she could warm them up because they normally come hot. She then rolls her eyes and hesitates but eventually takes the two teas to warm them up. As she is talking to her fellow coworker he takes the teas open the lid and sticks his bare finger in the tea to check to see if it is hot. I immediately told her to please give us our money back and that I will report that to corporate because that is not sanitary. I also requested my money back and she hesitated at first but eventually made the correction. Although I am waiting for my money to be back in my bank account I want to report that they are not sanitary at this location which is a food safety hazard.
