asked Edgar for two cups of water through the speaker and as I went to the window he didn’t give it to me so I asked for it and he said that I didn’t ask for it when I did. If he didn’t hear me that’s not my problem. I said it loud and clear. he was bothered to make it and when he did give it to me the lids of the cups were dirty. So I asked him if I could get two new cups bc of it and He said it’s gonna be the same thing and then took back the waters that I had which is a health hazard and then began to switch the cup and lid but kept that same dirty water. He also didn’t give me any hot sauce and claimed that he did and I also asked for that and he didn’t give me any. So I came inside to address this with a manager who I thought would resolve the issue but did the opposite. The manager refused to give any hot sauce with my order and said that edgar did put the hot sauce in the bag when he didn’t. I asked if he wanted to see the bag and he said no bc I probably took them out. Why in hell would I waste my time to do that? he then threatened to calls the cops on me and specifically said that he would press the button. Telling me security things I shouldn’t know. This was a male shift manager there around 6pm on August 3rd with tattoos. He also said how he was the only manager there being frustrated cause of a call out Cause they were sick. like why should I even know that? It’s not my problem but that also can worry me if they have Covid. He then said that if I don’t like the service then I don’t have to come back and I won’t if this isn’t addressed and if nothing Is done about it. Quick and friendly service my only comomaint is the recent and seemingly price gouging hike in prices that sadly more and more restaurants are guilty of and fall back on the Covid pandemic as the excuse that i have yet ti be explained or probably never convinced that thier cost had uncreased and warrants the hike. The have no lobby service, and when the fiba Kiosk takes the order not a human and the food is handed to you and for the most part you have no choice but to leave because the seating service is not open. There is no more employees in the kitchen or drive thru windows and the uncreased inbdrive through sales had to be still in ballamce as the in the lack of dine in patrons are deleted now. I just think that a taco that has noticably less ingredients when unwrapped isnt near worth or cost what they are charging. Sorry but thats not a opinion is sadldly fact after the pandemic coattails were produced and the Big box chains all jumped on board cutting jobs and hours and pulling back on size and acceptable historically expected products now unacceptably reduced and blamed on something that's not conceivable or plausible if all factors are weighed and totaled. Just saying... Over all great service butv sadly of a sub par product than expected and at a price too high for that disappointing attempt to make dollar at Joe publics...
