My experience here was completely disgusting. The ONLY reason I say that is because of the female they had doing the drive thru orders on July 21, 2018 at 5pm. Not only did she end our experience by coming out the restaurant to yell at us in front of everyone but she was rude from the beginning. Gave us attitude both while making the order and receiving. But she got upset because my dad asked to add fries to the order and then got mad when I asked for sauce for the nuggets. She slammed the door closed after rolling her eyes and shouting "wow." Then after finally bring us our food she wanted to "confront us" by waking up to the truck with a comment which we reacted to shocked causing her to curse and claiming we were racist!? Mind you we're all the same race as her. This is NOT a race thing and that accusation is just as disgusting as she was. She was gross. HORRIBLE and made the ending to our vacation something unfortunate to remember. I don't have her name because she ripped the survey info from the bottom of ONE of our receipts. As we pulled around from the menu board and approached the drive through window, a disgruntled employee decided to angrily slide his mop and bucket across the driveway nearly hitting the front bumper of our vehicle. He glared at me for even looking at him with surprise. Once we arrived at the window and gave our credit card, we were told to back up, and sternly. I asked if I could have my credit card back before I had to back up, and she refused. This was odd, and just kept telling me to back the truck up. Not wanting to leave my credit card out of eyesight, I asked for a manager. Got my card back and she told me the video screen showed 2 vehicles and that was the reason for the employee's brash behavior. Odd. Read moreUGH! I know, it's fast food. What can I possibly expect, right? Well, a smile for starters is good. I went in for breakfast. Nobody was in line inside. The girl acted like I was inconveniencing her by walking in. She took my order. She won't win any awards for personality, that's for sure! She took her sweet time. She couldn't even look me in the eye or speak up so that I could actually hear her! I got my order only to realize the hash browns were cold. I mentioned it to the manager & she said she would make some more. Sorry, but I don't have time to wait! Tell your employees to stay on top of their work, then maybe your customers will be happy. Got in the car, opened the greasiest wrapper to find my croissant. It tasted fine, but looked like it had been stepped on b/c it was so flat. Whatever. Note to self: avoid this...
