I regret to share my recent dissatisfaction with the service at this establishment during my visit on 2.5.2024 around 9 pm. Both the front desk and managerial staff exhibited notable issues that significantly impacted my experience.
The front desk staff, a young lady, appears to need additional training, and the manager demonstrated a lack of essential management skills. Despite the almost empty store, I waited for 30 minutes without any acknowledgment of my presence, despite engaging in continuous conversation with my daughter. It was only when I inquired about my bubble tea order that I was informed it hadn't gone through. Astonishingly, the front desk employee admitted she was aware of my intent to order but neglected to inform me of the unsuccessful transaction, leaving me waiting without any notice.
The manager's handling of the situation was equally disappointing. There was a lack of competence in addressing urgent matters and deficiencies in basic management skills. When confronted, the manager's response was unprofessional, questioning whether I expected him to reprimand his employee in my presence.
In summary, the service provided by both the front desk and managerial staff did not meet expected standards. The lack of awareness, responsiveness, and professionalism during this incident is disheartening. I hope this feedback serves as a prompt to address these concerns and enhance the overall customer experience...
Read moreTimeless Tea is a true hidden gem in Issaquah! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, modern, and inviting — a perfect spot to relax, study, or catch up with friends. The interior is cozy yet stylish, with just the right mix of comfort and charm.
Their menu is where things really shine. The boba tea options are extensive and thoughtfully crafted — I tried the brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was one of the best I’ve had in the Seattle area: rich, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. The boba pearls were soft and chewy, just the way they should be.
But what really sets Timeless Tea apart is their dessert selection. We ordered the souffle pancakes and a slice of mille crepe cake — both were phenomenal. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and topped with just the right amount of sweetness, while the crepe cake was delicately layered and melt-in-your-mouth good.
Service was fast and friendly, and the staff really seemed to care about making sure everyone had a good experience. Whether you're a boba lover, dessert enthusiast, or just looking for a cute café to unwind in, Timeless Tea is a must-visit.
Highly recommend — I’ll...
Read moreTimeless Tea was an awesome visit! My friend James and I went to Issaquah Cafe for breakfast and we saw the soft opening sign, so we decided to go back after lunch! James tried the taro crepe cake (purple) and said it was amazing! He also had a watermelon fruit tea that he said was delicious. I got 2 mochi, one with durian and one with mango. I have never tried durian but had heard horror stories, in reality this mochi did not smell bad at all, and the chunks of durian were sweet and reminded me of tropical fruit flavors. The mango was delicious too! I also tried the pomegranate juice tea and really enjoyed the flavor, I think I tasted brown sugar syrup in there which made me think of Okinawa and Hokkaido milk tea.
This place has bubble tea and you can get single mochi or a slice of cake, as well as a pack of 6 mochi or a whole crepe cake. The staff was friendly and had good energy. Our ordering process was quick and easy, and the cafe environs were chill despite people coming in and out. The desserts here really are unique, definitely check them out and give them...
