Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Not to often do I wish they offered 0 stars. 1 star tells me, "at least you tried" I can't say that for this Taco Bell. I live 2 minutes away, and work last nights. So it's convenient for me to run up here really quick and get a #10 combo. I feel like every time I go, they mess up my order. My most recent story, my girlfriend and I live together, and we both enjoy Taco Bell. So we went tonight for dinner.we pulled up to the speaker where all you could hear was feedback from the inside of the store. I started my order and the lady taking my order ask me to repeat myself. Okay, no harm. But when I had to repeat my order a third time, yelling it, I know something was up. I ordered my normal #10. She ordered 3 soft chicken tacos with nachos and a drink. We get to the window, the lady opens the window and told us she accidentally poored a large mtn dew, we ordered a medium, so we didn't mind. We get our drinks and sit and wait. We waited maybe about two - four minutes on our food, no complaint. She finally handed us our food really quick and thanked us for stopping in with a rush. So we pulled out, proceeded to make our 2 minute drive home. Got in the door, grab the soft chicken tacos and open the paper and we find three beef tacos. So a taco is a taco, except when you don't like the beef tacos... instead of me flying back up there to ask for the right food, we just let it go. BYE FAR the absolute worst taco bell I have ever encountered . Taco bell is my least favorite so its always my last option. I decided to stop by this one for the first time they messed up a very simple order . I called in manager offered replacement of the whole order . I went back 3 days later they almost forgot my crispy catina taco again . MEAT WAS OLD / burnt the first time it was soggy with old brown chicken meat like it sat all day no care in the world just pitful lazy workers . Food should be cooked to order simple . I know if food isn’t right I know cleaning is even worst. Cant be a manger running this the correct way . They all would be fired if it was up to me . Dont work if your that careless. I wouldn’t serve that to a dog . Didnt waste my time calling again I took the extra mile to leave this review. I was pleasantly surprised with how well this store is ran and how amazing all the employees that were working are ! I recently moved here from California and was also a Manager at a restaurant called Del Taco out there so I am always on high alert at any restaurant and I would absolutely hire all of them and encourage them towards management themselves ! My food was cooked fresh and hot and they were awesome when the drink I ordered was not working " it happens I wouldnt have complained anyways " but I believe he was the manager in charge was extremely accommodating towards getting me something I would be just as satisfied if not more with ! I love coming to a fast food restaurant and seeing employees just doing the damn thing !!! I understand it's not the easiest job as customers are not always nice and understanding towards the workers there / as well and some employees are miserable with their job choice but it's amazing when I encounter employees who put a smile on their face and make sure the customer is satisfied and wanting to...
