Good food and cool atmosphere. We had wings and boneless wings with a couple of drinks and a side potato soup. The way they do potato soup is tasty and the wings were wings but they were a good size. I got 6 and didn't eat them all. They gave daily deals and all you can eat wings on Tuesday which is cool. The only gripe is that the service was okay. Samantha, our server, made us feel a bit rushed when trying to order even though this was our first time here but afterwards it was okay. She misunderstood our order and gave me my flavor in boneless and my wife bone-in when it was supposed to be the other way around. We had to wait longer for our food. When we got our check it was wrong and had to be changed but she made it an easy and seamless process and was nice the entire time. I would recommend as it is a unique and classic place to go to.

Over priced, slop you wouldn’t feed your dogs….Servers are nice, but they are understaffed and so slow. Don’t be ignorant and waste your money here. We ordered the Mac and cheese, Bob evans frozen is better than this, we literally had a few bites of each meal and left. They weren’t even edible. The mac and cheese was 13.00, the portion size was a complete joke. How the people of stark county continue to support this place is beyond me… The grilled cheese sandwich was just bread and a THIN layer of cheese…. The burger was sloppy, undercooked, the bread there was the opposite, thin as paper. 🤢🤢 Form your own opinion, we will never ever return. I can believe that the 4.2 star reviews are from when Q Lube was delicious, it has crumbled down over the decade.

Went here for lunch today, and it was by far the worst sit-down dining experience I was ever a part of! Arianna was the server, and she had no right to be a server! The first strike was when water with lemon was asked for, and water was brought, no lemons. When I politely asked for the lemon, she brought 2x slices back, set them down as she was walking off not saying a word. Came back less than a minute after this and asked we were ready to order, I asked for a couple more minutes please. She walked away, and literally 48 seconds later she came back to ask if we were ready to place our order, I know it was 48 seconds due to having the stopwatch on my phone active. Once again, I askedd for a few more minutes to decide. She came back in 2 minutes and 19 seconds this time and we started to place our order, and she announced that there was a special today, the combo was only $9.99 since it was Father's Day. When placed our order she went back to the kitchen and immediately returned to say that the combo for $9.99 was with fries or chips for a side, and did not include the premium sides... The loaded fries we asked for as a starter were brought first, and with the bacon and cheese on the fries, it still tasted like I was eating Styrofoam! Then the meals came out, I ordered the boneless Asian Sesame wings with a side of macaroni and cheese. I took 1 bite of the boneless wings which were dry and way too over cooked, and all I could taste was burnt spice! It was too hard and too hot to eat. I tried a bite of the mac and cheese, and it was so blab that the cheap box mac and cheese from Aldis has better flavor, and the noodles were not cooked enough! Arianna came by as soon as the food got there, asked how everything was, and we told her the food was just dropped off, no idea! Then not even 2 minutes later, she is there again, asking how everything was. We asked for the check, not replying about the disgusting food, and she replied asking if we needed boxes for the unfinished food. I told her, No! Check, that's all! We left, and I can say with sevcere sincerity that this was the the worst wast of $37.43 I have ever been a part of! I will not be returning to this...

I don’t believe in leaving a bad review if I have a problem that the restaurant fixes in some way which they did. My husband and I dined in and were promptly sat down. Our waiter stopped by to take our drink orders and asked if we were ready to order. We aren’t local so we said we needed a minute but ordered an appetizer. The manager brought out our appetizer for us. 20 minutes go by as we watch our waiter do nothing but stand across the all but empty dining room talking to some other worker. There was one waitress running around serving a few other tables staying busy. Eventually this waitress passed by our table and my husband asked her if we could speak to the manager and mentioned to her how long we had been waiting. She immediately took our order and got it in for us and brought back the manager to speak to us. Once we spoke to him he apologized and went to speak to the waiter. The waitress wound up taking over for our table and she was absolutely phenomenal. Cheryl was her name and I highly recommend requesting her if you stop in. She gave us several pointers about different sauces and brought out samples for my husband who can be rather picky. She was very friendly, attentive and a great server all around. Being from the south we are all about southern hospitality and she brought it to the table. Will definitely stop back in the next time we are up this way. Food was also delicious. We had the onion rings for an appetizer which are very good but a little on the tough side to chew. My husband got wings and I got ribs with a side salad and the roasted green beans...

Third time in a row I've been let down by this place and I'm done with it. QS&L used to be a great place for a couple beers and tavern food, but the quality has dropped badly. There are plenty of other places more deserving of your hard earned money nowadays (Bubba's 33, Winking Lizard--see my reviews). Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to give it one last shot and I saw a bad experience coming the minute I was seated. Had to wait far too long for my server to come around (the place wasn't busy) and when she did finally show up she was rather unfriendly. Not directly nasty, just a cold vibe. I ordered a beer and a gyro with fries (I've had the gyro in the past and it was delicious). After a trip to the restroom, I was pleasantly surprised to see my beer waiting for me at my table. This was the highlight of the meal. When the food came the gyro was overcooked to the point of burnt edges on the meat. The fries were cold and limp. I would have told the server to return this poor excuse for food, problem was that she didn't return until the meal was almost over and my beer glass sat empty for what seemed like all afternoon. I did see her in the back talking and laughing with the other employees. When she finally came back I told her to bring the check, I was finished (forever). Sure hope those boys in the back she spent the whole time talking to tip better than I did. Between the poor service and the lousy food, they deserved every penny...
