So I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in years, when a friend and I decided to visit here on a Friday evening to be able to catch up, while allowing her daughter to play. What a fantastic idea it ended up being! First of all this location is so clean!!! The food was great too. Wonderful pizza and Dip N Dots!! The staff was younger and all mentioned that they hadn't been with the company very long, but I think that seems to be expected with most establishments anymore. I love the idea that all "prize tickets" are now credited onto your card, which also serves as your play credits. Also loved that there is unlimited play for certain time increments too. Fantastic concept! I was expecting the old "jungle-gym" style climber play area, which always used to creep me out as a parent due to the germs, but this location does not have that at all. It was also quiet for a Friday evening in "The Strip" area of Canton. Everywhere else was packed as usual. This might become an option to just go eat dinner when we don't want to fight crowds on the weekend! We actually watched an older couple do just this! Keep up the great work. You're doing it right.

Visited Chuck E. Cheese on a Monday right as they opened. Obviously the place was very clean and ready to go! Every game was in good working order and Kyle at 3 had no issue at all doing his own thing. Service was great, food was great and the value for what we paid was definitely worth it. This was our first visit together; I have come to this location in years past with my nephew. For something to do on a rainy day or during winter months it's a perfect for fun and entertainment. My only drawback is the ticketing and prize system. I feel like it should be easier to get more tickets for better prizes. You'd really have to spend more money and more time to get better prizes. Otherwise our overall experience was great and we will return for more entertainment and fun overall!

Such an AMAZING time! Took our 4 year old today for the first time because he’s been wanting to go forever. Great prices for not only food but for the game play. Super easy to reload the game card. So many options, I loved the ability to use the game card for the picture options. The staff was very kind and friendly. Chuck E the mouse was very friendly and made the kids comfortable, my son loved getting to meet him so many times and taking a picture. The manager was awesome, was very nice and helpful with my son. Never had a better experience. Walked us out to the door, held it open for us, complimented us and thanked us for coming. I was very impressed. Will definitely be returning soon! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

I came here with my two boys for a birthday party today for one of our relatives. The customer service was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Not a single staff member was friendly or helpful. Every single staff member I interacted with seemed miserable and absolutely annoyed to be there. There was only 4 children in our party group. The birthday boy and one additional child was allowed inside the ticket blaster. My two children watched as they got to do the ticket blaster. When they exited I asked for my boys to have a turn and was very rudely told no it is only for the birthday boy. Of course my children were completely confused and visiblely upset and my oldest started crying. Again the staff member looked so aggravated. What a ridiculous rule. Their was 4 children, 1 teenager, and 4 adults in our party group. The pizza that came with the package was 2 medium sized pizzas with extremely small pieces and the adults were not given any drinks or even cups for water??? The children ate but all the adults left hungry because it wasn't even close to enough food. Here's the worst part. The young man that was watching my children jump in the bounce pad addition was ABSOLUTELY rude. He stared my children down waiting to correct them for anything. My oldest son is 6 and diagnosed with autism. I watched as the staff member told my son rudely he is not allowed to sit down multiple times. I was informed when I questioned this that children were "allowed to stand for short periods of time to take a break but not allowed to sit". Unbelievable. Especially since my two boys were the only two in the bounce pad at the time. Additionally my children were both scolded for TOUCHING the black wire that enclosed the bounce paid. They were scolded for "hanging on it" even though it's not a net and they only touched it. I am beyond disgusted with every single staff member in that place and the Unbelievable rules. After we ate we were told we have to move all of our stuff from our table because we were on a time schedule? LOL what a joke? So we had to hurry up and move everything ourselves to a different table bc we are only give two hours in the party room which goes fast. All the games last for less then a minute. Lastly the children were all suppose to receive goody bags as part of the party package but they were "all out of goody bags". Chuckee cheese should be a fun experience for kids. You need a turn over a staff because not a single one their made the experience all of us had today enjoyable.

Let's also not forget the fact that it was $12 additional dollars per child to jump. After today I will not be returning to Chuckee cheese especially not the one in Canton Ohio. What used to be a fun place for kids has turned into a money trap for some...

My sister paid for a birthday package this weekend for a very small group. I was shocked at how much they've changed these last few years. The paid party area is so squished together with other party tables just feet away. We had 4 attendants over our little group rushing the entire process. There is a time limit of corse. Before we were finished with one thing they were on to the next. Taking it upon themselves to slice and hand out the cake we brought. That wouldn't have been bad except it felt very rushed even though we were the only party at that time. I get they have a system in place and it's obviously to maximize their numbers than give quality parties. We had an autistic boy in our party who didn't understand why he couldn't be part of the ticket machine you stand in and there was zero sympathy when he broke down. We tried to avert his attention to the giant trampoline that has taken the place of so many games and rides, just to discover it was locked and you have to pay even more per child for that. Which we did. The unhappy attendants constantly yelled at the children in the trampoline area for sitting or touching the sides. Even though there was only 2 children in there. It seems as if they have a lot of rules to keep the place flowing, however it left zero space for independent thought or empathy within the staff. The birthday package came with enough food and drinks for the children and enough for the adults to snack on. Package doesn't include enough to actually feed everyone and adult drinks are separate in cost. Seeing Chucky was the reason to buy the package and the attendants mostly stood there awkwardly pointing us to watch the TV for directions making their looming presence useless. The unhappiness of my group ultimately made me sad that quality has really gone from seemingly everything these days. It's all about money. We will be looking elsewhere for our parties in the future. On a positive note, the pizza...

Canton Chuckie cheese has two racist door workers, No stars period, but it won't post if you don't give them a star. I'm black, Beware they tried to keep my grandkids, due to their own (ink) not working. I went to Chuckie cheese today with my family the girl when we arrived stamped all our hands when it was time to go the lady at the door could not read our numbers and stated she was having issues with the ink I told her that's not my problem that's y'all she would not release my two grandkids I had to show proof by pictures in my phone the one lady stated that don't look like my grandkids to make a long story short I told the lady and I guess her helper you stamped our hands you find our numbers on our hands so she took a good look at our hands again and stated have a nice day I stated loudly we are NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN. Corporate I went around 245 to 545 pm Saturday May 13, 2023. Hey everybody guess what, (all) kids were accounted for tonight at the Canton OHIO Chuckie Cheese when they closed so now you know, they need to have working markers for everybody that walks through there doors. Your staff makes the franchise look real bad and for everybody whom read my review will understand my frustration and humiliation they put me through. As Maury Povich says it best hey Chuckie Cheese they are my grandkids check your security cameras, my family friends will go to Dave and Busters...
