Worst experience!! Nice showroom, good selection in N. Canton. Had a good experience purchasing their most expensive Purple mattrass w/most expensive adjustable bed. The bed experience was good...but not at all like our sectional experience!

Purchased a very large, supposed top quality CatNapper sectional. The sales pitch, display of product is NOT what ends up to be what is delivered!
HORRIBLE QUALITY product! This sectional was very expensive & our experience was/is OUTRAGEOUS!
Starting at delivery, they forced this expensive place thru sliding door & these people had zero concept of geometry not able to figure out how to position pieces to get thru-rather they forced them nearly taking out the glass sliding door (when we had a huge front door they avoided because of 2 steps.) They threw the numerous cushions on the deck & grass w/no plastic covering carelssly.
The huge rip off is that the large, expensive sectional delivered is of terrible quality! Catnapper is a name brand but Levin seems to sell 2nd quality or "factory 2nd's" because what was delivered was NO WAY A TOP QUALITY SECTIONAL! The pieces do not fit together well or tightly-leaving gaps where you can see the floor...gaps for which the cusions sink into, don't cover & uneven. Instead of the pieces fitting flush to one another, these pieces are haphazard where one part touches but gaps the other end by inches! Looking from behind, those gaps under the cushions extend to the upper portion where visable gaps, uneven, irregular places are apparent as you look at this "supposedly" top quality, expensive sectional. Looks horrible! We've never, ever experienced such poor quality build even in lesser priced furniture but in a name brand Catnapper sectional this piece looks like hell.
If that is not enough, each piece of the sectional seems to have differing firmness cushions & those cushions fit very, very poorly leaving gaps between. There are gaps between cushions that things fall thru...they fall to the ground because the sectional does not fit together flush. It is as if each piece of the Catnapper sectional was made in a different country. (One would think that a production line would be such that some kind of minimal quality control would be in place to produce a piece that fit together!) This sectional appears to be 2nd or even 3rd quality! It is NOT, in any way, a well made sectional!
There warranty dude came over when we called to complain immediately. They did have the cushions replaced by Catnapper which took months. It was a total joke when he came & put the cushions together inside our existing fabric. THIS showed so clearly this Catnapper couch is junk.
Poor quality, uncomfortable, doesn't wear well, ill made, poorly seamed, irregular frame w/gaps between pieces in a large sectional that a year later is worthless, looks terrible & is THE most regrettable purchase of furniture we've ever made in 37 yrs of marriage after our military family has lived all over the world & purchased numerous furnishings for houses.
âWhat "should have" happened here is Levin SHOULD have taken back this crappy, horribly built sectional & either gone & inspected in their warehouse the exact same sectional for quality to replace it OR refunded our money & taken it back. Instead, they hook you in at the sales point w/tales of how great Catnapper is & they spew laurels of their warranty. Then, take forever ignoring the evidence of gaps between pieces, irregular construction, poor quality cushions (likely because they sit on piecs that don't fit together correctly) & OBFISCATE, evade taking responsibility & leave their customers hanging, frustrated, angry & sold a 2nd quality piece of junk for a price that is obscene for a product that should be comfortable & usable for years. It was horrible on week one & the entire experience makes us upset everytime we sit down on the Catnapper crapola sectional they sold as a premo productđ ...& while we buy tens of thousands of dollars in furniture-we drive by Levin sadly forever & advise...
   Read moreI would leave no stars if I could. We purchased a beautiful wood dining set at the end of October. It has 4 chairs and an upholstered bench. We thought the bench would be nice to have for company during the holidays. Less than 30 days after we purchased the dining room set, I was dusting the chairs and bench and realized that the main solid wood support piece on the bench was cracked in half. No one has ever sat on the bench and it was clearly done during manufacturing. I called Levin on November 16th to make a service report and assumed it would be covered under the manufacturer warranty. I was told someone would call me within the week. No one ever called me. I called back twice and was assured they would be calling. I called back the 4th time today and was told the service order was cancelled because I never responded to their call. They never called, hence the reason I called 4 times. Today I spoke with someone who had me send pictures of the broken bench. After 2 hour, they called me back and told me that the claim was denied because it was longer than 48 hours after I purchased the dining room set. Since no one had sat on the bench and I only had it less than 30 days, I never seen the crack underneath on the bottom. I am really disappointed that I spent a lot of money on what I thought was a solid piece of wood quality furniture. I am more disappointed that this is how Levin treats their customers.I thought their furniture was good quality and went back and ordered living room furniture. I unfortunately cannot cancel that order since it was considered a special order. If I could cancel it, I would. AlsoâŚdonât bother buying the extra protection warranty because I did and it does not cover the manufacturers defect that the manufacturer wonât cover. The salesman told me that it covered any stained or broken pieces. That was a lie. Please go elsewhere and buy your furniture and be sure to inquire about any warranties and when they expire. I never imagined a manufacturer warranty would only be 2 days. **Update 12/18/24 Kelly, the customer experience manger, called me yesterday and she looked into my review. She agreed that the bench should be replaced and scheduled the bench to be delivered in a few days. She was very kind and understanding and took care of everything for me.    Read moreI donât leave too many reviews but i pretty upset and want everyone to be aware. Last time i did business with levin was frustrating. I purchased a entire bedroom set plus mattress and a kitchen table. It took them 3 times to get the delivery right. The first 2 times they delivered to the wrong address. Twice. But my bill came to the right address đ¤ˇđťââď¸ Donât get me wrong the sales team and delivery guys are great. The product was great in that case. just couldnât get the delivery right.
Now this time i returned to purchase a full wall entertainment stand. Once again, Sales person amazing, Delivery team awesome they actually were able to deliver it with in three days! The issue this time is the product. I purchased a $2,500 entertainment stand and while the delivery team was putting it together they found all kinds of issues, Not enough hardware, Wrong pieces, and the absolute worst part was poorly repaired pieces!!! Apparently this unit was pre inspected as well. If i pay that kind of money for entertainment center i expect it to be brand new. Mind you i didnât say yeah iâll take a demo one for a price reduction, i paid full price plus the 15% off they were offering.
