Went through the drove through with and friend and her younger son to get dinner for her family and myself and placed 2 separate orders on for her family and one for myself. I have only eaten Raising Canes a few times and had a coupon for a free combo box so I figured I'd use it. The guy taking the order couldn't hear my friend while she was ordering through his headset for some reason. (she was talking clear enough) So she kept having to repeat herself multiple times. We FINALLY got both orders in and once we got up to the window the hand us the drinks for BOTH orders and asked us to pull up and they would bring our food out. We waited ATLEAST 10 minutes if not longer to get our food. Once the finally came out with our food we specifically asked if BOTH orders was there and the guy said yes. We drove 15 mins back to our destination and found out that only my friends order was there. I then had to drive all the way back which should have taken 15 minutes but since I was highly pissed and hungry it only took 10. Once I get inside I had to wait for someone to stop talking to a customer about what seemed like personal business and ask me if I could wait a moment for him to expo some orders (3). I told him sure and thought to myself I've done waited 30 mins why not longer. Once he was finally able to take care of me I told them about the situation. And was asked if I had a receipt which I didn't have in the first place because I didn't even get my food. I told them no explain to them what kind of car I was in and the gentleman that was helping me said that he remembered that order. They got my food to me quite quickly which was nice since I've already waited 30 minutes to get my food but did not offer a free meal next time or anything like that. The gentleman asked me if I would like any catch up with my food and I said no I would like my time back and stormed out the building. I have worked in the food industry for 17 years in any time there has been a disgruntled guest they have always been taken care of adequately. I do not feel like I was taken care of at all I felt like they didn't care about the situation. That will probably be the last time that I come back to that...
Read moreI usually am happy with this canes. Today was the worse experience at any canes, ive had orders made incorrectly before-that's no big deal to me. Ordered 2, 3 piece combos. Everything was correct. I did not wait long. The problem was the taste. The fries were not fresh and unsalted. The chicken is usually so hot it has steam coming off. Not today. It was hot but not hot like it normally is. The taste of the breading was awful. Tasted like they burnt the last batch of chicken and didn't change the oil. Thanks for the extra piece of awful tasting chicken. 🤮 The toast wasn't hot or fresh. Almost rubbery when I tore it apart. I'm not looking for free food, I'm just gonna go home and make something I can actually eat. But seriously y'all need to get it together. Someone knows something was burnt in that oil and they're too lazy to change it or just don't care. a lot of people smother their chicken in sauce and might not notice it. I don't. I use the sauce for the fries. I eat my chicken plain. I like to taste the breading and the meat. This was highly disappointing. I really hope this does not become a consistent issue with this...
Read moreWe visited Cane's tonight 11/19/2017. I spent $45 on my meal along with two drinks. We sat in to eat for dinner and ordered extra to take home. The chicken was pretty good but we had to wait a while for our food. When we were ready to go, I asked my daughter to have the drinks refilled before we left, only for her to come back to the table to inform me that Cane's charges almost 1.00 for refills on lemonade, "because it's freshly squeezed" as the worker told us. I didnt appreciate spending $45 for a meal and drinks only to be told I needed to pay an additional charge for a refill on my drink. I had already paid 2.00 for the first large cup. To me, this is a rip off, since they loaded my cup with ice already. Please stop being so cheap with your product. I do realize it really isnt much money, the extra .80 or a $1.00, whatever it was. Next time, I will ask for water and get a drink from McDonalds. Or better yet, I guess I could always go to Chik fil a right down the street with just as good tasting chicken and lemonade.
