I waited between 5 and 8 mins to even place my order in the drive thru. When I get to the menu I place my order however they must not have been paying attention because they missed 1/2 my order! When I was getting the drinks I noticed that I had a L sweet tea missing so I told the guy and he says nothing then some older woman walks up and tells me they only rang up 1. Ok well can you add it on? Oh no you have to go back thru and order it we can't take the money at this window. I have already been here for 15 mins can't you just give me a sweet tea? It was your mess up anyways. W/o a word they close the window and next thing I know the manager is asked me what my problem is? No problem however I am supposed to have another sweet tea. Oh you only paid for 1 you need to go back thru the drive thru to get that cause you have to pay and we cannot accept cash at this window. You can just give me the sweet tea? I've already been here 15 mins. Needless to say I never got my second sweet tea which was upsetting enough but I get home and 1/2 the order isnt there either!! That manager who is on rt now needs to not be a manager in charge of a terrible crew! How much tea do they toss out every night? How much does it cost to make a large Sweet tea? $.06? Less? Making a paying customer with hot food go back thru the drive thru to wait another 15 mins all to get a sweet tea that was ordered but not rung in is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Read morePulled up at night around 11pm it wasn't busy at all. I was very polite with the employees even though the girl seemed annoyed I came through the drive thru. My food was very cold. The cheese on my burgers was still cold and unmelted after being in the wrapper the whole drive home. You would think if the burger was hot it would have melted but again it was all cold. I ordered cheese fries and the cheese was warm but on top of old cold fries. I could have waited the extra few minutes it would have took to melt my cheese or give me warm fries (since it only takes about 3 minutes). I used to work at wendys and there was no reason I should have got cold food with the lack of customers it should have all been made fresh instead of sitting around. This is a common issue there. Your food will be cold. The employees have attitudes. You're just supposed to bite the bullet I guess. Not worth the money at...

Then when they spell it out for you that they are ordering for six people, you cut them off further and say, "Ok, wait a minute" (with flip attitude in your tone) and make them wait at least a minute. There must be a penalty for large orders. Are your customers bothering you? Couldn't even acknowledge we'd pulled up to the window to pay; totally ignored us because she was too busy chatting. Literally sat there three minutes completely ignored! Person handing out the food did apologize and assured it would be addressed. Sorry if I'm a little skeptical of that assurance.
