We came here to eat and relax after a long day on the mountain. I typically never write reviews, but am tonight for one reason-our waitress Jamie! She was amazing! We were seated outside on a bustling outdoor patio, but Jamie treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant. She even got me a bag of ice for my wrist while managing to carry all the beers for our table! After a long day on the mountain the espresso martinis she recommended were exactly what we needed! We also ordered the nachos, pork tacos, and the fried fish. Highly recommend all three! The food is a bit pricey, but you are eating at the Four Seasons and paying not just for the food but the experience as well. We will definitely return! If you are looking for a great place with an awesome view of the Tetons to relax and get a beer after skiing, this is the place to be! The service is excellent (especially if you get Jamie!), the food is delicious, and you can’t beat the...

We saw nachos on their menu, and that’s what we wanted, so we got a table. Our server was Ali. She asked us if we wanted guacamole on top of our nachos. After a few seconds of us being unsure, she piped up to say “well it’s included on the side anyway, but we can put it on top if you want.” So we decided no, it’s fine just to come on the side.
The nachos weren’t very good. But what prompted me to write a review is this: when we got the bill, we were charged $6 for the guac.

Then she tried to gaslight me, saying “I wouldn’t ever say it like that”, then went off to ‘ask her manager’. I bet she went and stood in the back for a few minutes before taking the charge off because she knew exactly what she was doing - trying for a bigger bill...
Read moreHow do I rate this place zero stars? $45 for a salad with protein but somehow that isn’t even the worst part. The hostesses here have somehow been trained to be as horrible as possible.
We were sat on the deck at a high top, while 2 tables closer to the fire were open as well as another high top was open. After 10 minutes of no one sitting at the tables by the fire I asked to move and was told those tables are for waitlist. Well cut to 20 mins later both tables still open. Another party eventually sat at one of them, and another party at a high top asked to move and was told they could move. EVEN AFTER WE WERE TOLD WE COULDNT MOVE TO THE HOLY COVETED TABLE.
I guess my money isn’t as valuable here. If you’re hungry go to Tram Dock Kitchen or Rendezvous lodge - both have great vibes and lack arbitrary rules about who can sit where.
Quick note after 10 minutes of writing this review a table by the fire...
