Steadfire Chophouse — Restaurant in Jackson

We went here on the first night of our stay and loved it so much that we canceled another reservation to come back. Amazing steak selection cooked to perfection, but don’t miss the starters to share. Had the bison tartar, pork belly (our waiter suggested and he was correct), quail, and scallop and would recommend them all. Did the steak sampler the first night (with some added ounces) and a strip the second. Wanted to try more sides, but stuck with broccolini and fries, both of which were amazing. Had to get the s’mores, which were a bit over the top but fun nonetheless. Our waiter Kevin knew the menu inside and out and made a perfect table side...

Steadfire is a fantastic restaurant at The Four Seasons where one can take in the mountain view and enjoy a fantastic dinner.

My wife and I both had great steaks which paired nicely with our sommelier’s wine selection.

The service team offered excellent service on par with expectations of The Four Seasons.

When in Jackson, Steadfire should be on your list of dining...

6 people order 6 steaks and 5/6 were over cooked. The filet was the only cut that was cooked perfectly.

It took about 40 min for our food to come out after our apps. Felt like those steaks sat under a light for a long time and their timing was way off.

We had a better steak at Under Canvas in Paradise Valley. I would never go back...
