Every time I come here, I'm acknowledged. No matter how busy they are. The food is always fresh the cooks are the greatest. The one that worked this morning was on top of the game definitely was focused on listening to the guest before the waitress said anything already had it all to go waited for her to confirm and then went to cooking. I'm just saying you don't find that at all waffle houses. Some people are too distracted, not listening, not staying focused, so this is something I definitely notice when I go into places. Just want to let you guys know that your awesomeness isn't going un noticed and I appreciate it. I know it's your job but there are too many places nowadays that do the bare minimum. Read moreToday is April 13th, 2025. Today was a great great experience. I ordered everything i wanted today because I was really hungry. Eggs, chocolate chip waffle, hash browns, grits, toastand sausage patties. All the food was delicious like always. TIFFANY! Tiffany was out waitress. From what it seemed, she was doing 2-3 people's worth of jobs. She was everywhere. During the visit, I discovered it was her birthday. O-Boy! It was on. When I went to the counter to pay, she was also the one to ring me up. I paid, took 1 step back, and at the top of my lungs, I spoke over the multiple conversations "HEY EVERYBODY, TODAY IS TIFFANY'S BIRTHDAY, COULD YOU ALL HELP ME SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER". And in a moment of humanity, we all sung to her happy birthday. It was awesome. As I was walking out of the did, I ended it off with "And tip your waitresses!".

Read morethis is the most unwelcoming waffle house i’ve ever been to. the dine in and take out service is a joke. for starters, when we dine in there is a waitress that is incredibly passive aggressive and walks around yelling to the point where everyone in the restaurant is looking at her. she acts completely frantic whenever it’s slightly busy and it’s clear as day that she’s taking out her frustration on the customers. she also handed us our ticket with no total and half the items missing. we were not the first table she did that to. her energy made us anxious to leave.
secondly, you can no longer place to go orders over the phone. it immediately directs you to their app. ok, so i download the app. oh! this location does not offer mobile orders. :) so now the only way to enjoy their food is to go get the most passive aggressive service...
