The food was (fast food) good, but the prices will prohibit my returning on any regular basis: I love that they offer the Beyond Burger vegan/vegetarian options and that they cook them separately from their meat options. But $9.57 for the Vegan Beyond and $10.07 for a Beyond Burger Green Style (lettuce instead of a bun) is simply outrageous.
I understand that they justify their regular burger prices based on how "pure" the meat is: "Top 1% of natural Angus beef, always sourced from the best ranches in the country and free of hormones, steroids and antibiotics." And the price of their fries because they are "hand cut". Frankly, I think all of that has little merit in what is basically a fast food joint that could use a good cleaning. All of their justification does not make the prices fair.
Why the "fake" burger is so expensive is even more "Beyond" my understanding: The uniqueness of serving them? The price from Beyond Meats?...Greed? They are a fast food joint and prices should reflect that. Starbucks broke the mold by charging $5+ for a cup of coffee and from there, all bets were off, I guess...
Bottom line: Very glad they're out there offering the vegan/vegetarian option, but they are too rich for my blood and I imagine that of most common folk.
RESPONSE TO BURGERFI'S RESPONSE: I appreciate your response, but, frankly, found it to be a bit tone-deaf and offensive. You say that "Our guests are focused on the quality of the products that they consume. This comes with a higher price, but we believe that it is worth it", which insinuates that I do not like quality and am not willing to pay for it. Neither of which is even near the truth. But I expect my "quality" to be fairly priced and in the case of a restaurant, served in an environment that matches the price. I can find the Beyond Burger at several other comparable fast food joints near you for cheaper. I can find the Impossible Burger for at least $3 cheaper at several nice sit down-server restaurants. You have no justification for your prices other than greed and pretension. I gave you credit for your "purity" but for some reason you felt the need to rattle off your company creed of "100% Angus beef...1% of beef..." as if it justifies the price. It does not.
Let me put it this way: You lower your Beyond Burger rates by three dollars and you will have a repeat customer. You keep them the same and I may visit once or twice a year, at best.. You continue to insult your customers and preach from a high horse, and I will never go back and my prediction (though not my wish, because I don't wish ill upon you just because I don't want to pay your prices) would be that you soon go out of business (because I think many others don't want to pay those...

Today I than decided with my family to visit out there and it wasnât a even good experience at all, place really heavy and low in terms of energy, I know we go out there to buy and eat the food that those strangers people would be cooking for all of us, what they should at least have or demonstrate is the kindness up front before order your food.
Sunday, I did mentioned to my wife! Itâs weird that this place hasnât to many people eating inside, but even that, I told my wife, letâs given a try because it hasnât been a long time we didnât come down here, she says ok.
Well, by walking through this place I felt that something wasnât right, but than when I went to order, than I seem why this place is really bad now, the one brunette girl that was there was very rude and didnât know what she is doing at all, how someone (Corp) put an unprepared person to represent their business? Thatâs crazy!
Girl was taking the order was look on her phone while taking, crossed hers arms, making faces, making some many errors until an assistant manager or whoever was asked HER what happened, she did her version, this assistant manager you can tell that hasnât leadership at that store at all, oops, she also on the phone too.
I also seen their laughing and playing at restaurant between a cooker and this rude girl. Assistant manager didnât say anything.
I did brought that up the incident to her attention and she heard but you can tell that she doesnât care at all.
Ok, about the food, burger hasnât tasty at all :( Not quality, fries want warm enough and not enough portion either for the combos.

   Read moreMy and my girlfriend were trying to find a place for a good burger. Have been to five guys and M Shack recently so wanted to see if there were any other good places around. Previously working in food service I try to give a lot of excuses for stuff that isnât in their control. Line was long but itâs expected for Saturday night. Finally get to order 2 burgers and a family fry with 2 beers. Got our drinks and the cashier asked for my name for the order. Went and sat down for about maybe 10 minutes before I start looking around for my food. We saw someone walking around with a tray that we thought was ours until he returned it to the front counter. Several more minutes go by, nothing. We both think our order is the one but are worried itâs getting cold. I go to the front counter and ask the cashier if it was our order and she shrugs like she doesnât know. Im thinking okayâŚhow am I supposed to know? Didnât get a receipt or a table card thing since I didnât know I was supposed to. I have to wait in line just to go ask about the status of my order for him to ask for my receipt, told him I didnât get one, and Andre asked for my name so afterwards I went and sat down. At this point itâs probably been 20-30 minutes. Sat around for another maybe 10 more minutes for other tables food to be delivered whom ordered after us. I went up to just get a refund since we had made plans after we ordered to go to an escape room. Since I didnât have my receipt he wasnât able to refund me the actual amount tendered difference of $2 but Iâm not sure if the beer was on it so if anything we drank the beers for free or close enough? Today tried to call asking for Andre whom I assume is the manager to which the phone seemingly gets answered and put on mute since it stopped ringing?
