I went there today to pick up an order that I scheduled on the app. I've done this many times before and had good experiences bc I've never had to deal with any of the staff. The cashier was a female, I went up to her when I noticed my order was not ready. She proceeded to look for my order finally, saying she couldn't find it. Checked to make sure I ordered the right location (which she verified I did) and then went back to checking people out without another word. After 9 people go by, she starts working on togos. I figured she had found my order and started preparing it. When I waited an additional 6 to 7 minutes and still standing there. I asked her if she's working on my order. And she said I told you I couldn't find it. And I said well you didn't solve my problem, and you were just going to have me wait here?" Mind you, they already took money out of my account, and I did everything i was supposed to do. I got upset and said I'd speak to cooperate. before I left i thought about it and it upset me she didn't do her job, so I wanted it to be reported to the manager. The manager was no help and basically said he wouldn't fix my problem and his employee is a good person. And I could take it up with the 800 number. They only offered to make my food after i had to go back and fourth with the manager who didnt even want to talk to me. They don't know how to do their jobs or have any empathy when they mess up. I was late going back to work and went hungry as I only had a 30 minute lunch break. Will never goto this restaurant again until new management is hired. I feel bad for the owner of this chipotle. If they had better management, maybe they would have more than 3 stars. Not...
Read moreI recently visited this Chipotle location, expecting the usual warm, friendly service, and quality food that the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the norm and was disappointingly poor in almost every way.
The primary issue was the appalling level of customer service. I made a simple request for extra meat in my meal, something I consider to be quite standard in a customizable restaurant such as Chipotle. The manager, instead of fulfilling my request or addressing it politely, complained about not having enough resources. The tone and manner in which this was conveyed were deeply unsettling and unprofessional.
The atmosphere in the establishment shifted palpably following this exchange. Fellow customers in line seemed taken aback by the poor handling of the situation, making for an awkward and uncomfortable experience. A manager's role should be to handle customer requests with grace and provide solutions, not complaints.
Moreover, the interaction raises questions about their supply management. Should a popular fast-food chain like Chipotle not be equipped to handle a simple request for extra meat? This incident highlights not only a failure in customer service but also in operational efficiency.
In conclusion, my experience at this Chipotle was far from the brand's promise of providing 'Food with Integrity'. The poor customer service, lack of respect for customers, and operational issues severely marred my experience. I encourage the management of this Chipotle to address these concerns promptly for the sake of future customers.
My rating, regretfully, is one star. I hope to see significant improvements should I ever...
Read moreThe breathtaking sunset painted the sky in hues of fire and gold as I swept through the doorway, stepping into what I believed was the familiar comfort of indulgence. Unbeknownst to me, I was crossing into the depths of despair. Silent sentinels observed my every move as I advanced toward the tortilla press. Yet, amidst the scrutiny, the devoted souls who dedicate themselves to my fleeting joy welcomed me with warmth, their kindness wrapping around me as I selected the delicacy that would soon grace my palate.
But fate had conspired against me. TT, an agent of misfortune, would become the first to taint the sanctity of my Chipotle experience. I requested extra shredded cheese, and for a moment, hope flickered—my bowl was graced with a snowfall of dairy as gentle as the first flakes of a Colorado winter. But when I dared to ask for one final flourish to complete the masterpiece, the illusion shattered. TT, the manager, cast a withering glare upon the benevolent worker and reprimanded her for such generosity. I protested, explaining that never before had I been denied my rightful portion of dairy, but TT remained unmoved. She coldly decreed that my portion already exceeded the sacred limit and that the unseen overlords of this establishment would not abide my selfish craving.
Shocked. Wounded. Betrayed. I left, forever haunted by this cruel twist of fate. What sin had I committed to deserve such...
