Went to this location today for Ive cream as cold stone is my fav ice cream place I went in the young lady was nice I purchased the kids cup because I didn’t want much which she said was $3 and came with 1 free topping and I purchased 2 additional now do the math on that…I went to the restroom and had my husband pay when I came out she asked if we needed the receipt I said yes when I got to the car I noticed it was almost $9 and had 2 cones on it which I did not have I went in and asked her what the extra charges was and she looked at said I’m sorry I must have hit the wrong button ok cool mistakes happen but the problem was when I asked her if she could put the additional that I was overcharged back on my card this girl had the nerve to tell me I’m sorry I cant refund you we are not allowed to do refunds and at that point I’m confused because how are you going to over charge me admit that you over charged me and stand in my face and tell me you not gonna give me my damn money back is you out your damn mind lil girl lucky some guy walked in idk who he was but had one a cold stone shirt and I explained to the situation to him and he had her give me a $5 gift card and she proceeded to tell him about the no refund thing and he said well in this case yea we have to sometimes it’s the principle and you don’t play with ppl money some ppl don’t have sense and would have been irate but lucky I had patiences that man saved her because it was about to be ugly for her but I will never spend any more of my money there because that was crazy and whoever the manager is need to train her on cs it wasn’t about the money it was about just doing the right thing especially after you admitted you...

After visiting the Roosevelt location for the 3rd time I decided to post a review. Let me start by saying that each visit the (young) staff was friendly to say the least and Cold Stone does have tasty ice cream but as an overall experience this location is lacking. All my visits were during the evening after about 6pm. The lobby has some chairs and seating but they were pushed to the side as to make room for a long line . Remnants of previous guests ice cream could be seen on most of the tables. The line gets long fast but that doesn’t seem to change the urgency or diligence of the workers. The “stone,” that the ice cream is made on is cluttered and not cleaned from previous orders. Every time I’ve gone some ingredients end up in my ice cream that I didn't ask for.. such as sprinkles or nuts.. (good thing I’m not allergic to nuts). If you pay attention you may see associates reaching across patrons orders to grab squeeze bottles, etc. the squeeze bottles will be scattered randomly across the stone. There seems to be a break in communication amongst staff about what’s in stock and what’s not..so one patron may get a brownie or strawberry’s and one may not. Once again the kids working have been nice but it’s clear how the Gen Z working class is different from the past generations. Also.. the napkins are a joke.. how can an establishment with a sometimes messy treat provide the weakest napkins on the planet. Like .. you talk about wasting trees..lol. This Coldstone has got to be the worst. If you are looking for customer service please do not go here. The first time I visited there were two workers one helping other customers and one mixing ice cream. The shift lead mixing ice cream never stopped to ask for my order. Being that the other customers were helped I assumed she would. So finally she asked what I wanted. I told her a milkshake. The milkshake was blended so long it was watery. I paid for it and left. No worries. I visited again and request the same thing a milkshake. I look at it this time and request it be made over because at this point it’s a cup of milk. The worker makes it over and then proceeds to ring me up. She says 9 dollars and some change for a (like it) size milkshake. So I asked what’s the extra charge for and she says you have mix ins. So I tell her I only ordered a ice cream that you already sell didn’t request anything to be added other than what comes in it. Soooo….Because I requested the milkshake to be made over she thought she would overcharge me for it. I had never been charged for mix ins or add ins or whatever she said so I’m confused at this point.. Anyway I left the milkshake on the counter and left. I will not be returning staff is horrible and...
