Do not eat here. Your food will be wrong, you won't get a refund, and staff will tell you they couldn't care less about making your meal right because they're too busy to bother. Haven't been back in months after back-to-back-to-back issues with staff and incorrect food. I placed orders almost daily, often for two subs. I spent hundreds per month at this specific location because it was my go-to quick, but healthy meal option on work days. The staff is always very busy so I wouldn't always complain when my order was missing an ingredient, but when they handed me a completely wrong order three days in a row, I decided it was time to send it back. Staff couldn't have cared less. No apology. No offer to fix it. They handed me someone else's sub right away, so I checked it. That one was wrong too. On that day, I'd ordered 2 subs and 3 were wrong. This happened after I waited an hour for food. I asked for a refund. They told me that because I used the app, that I had to email. So I did that. I shared my feedback via email and was told the staff at the restaurant would have to refund me. I called to get a refund, was treated poorly over the phone, hung up on. I got irate when I called back because they told me that they cannot be expected to get my order right because they are too busy to make subs right. Then why am I dining there? Isn't that what I'm paying for? What if I had a food allergy? Staff refused to get me in touch with the manager. They kept telling me to call back. So I did. 3+ times per week for 4 weeks. Still haven't spoken to a manager. Still haven't received my refund and have given up, uninstalled the app, and have not placed a single order with them since. Solely because of their lack of care. The employees who work there either don't care about their jobs or aren't empowered by their manager to help. It's clear that they didn't care about keeping my business. One staff member told me over the phone that they didn't care if I ate there. I'm not sure they realize that customers are why they have jobs. Management HAS to be aware of this culture problem because this kind of attitude doesn't just pop up. I now go 2 miles away to get subs at Jersey Mike's or to the Publix next door. Both of these places are busy but kind. They care about the customer's experience. It's a real shame. What a waste of a great franchise here in Riverside. As an aside, if you pay for a large freestyle soda, you get a medium cup. They tell you they don't have large cups anymore. But you're still charged for the large. They're also constantly out of most bottled drinks. Just poor...

Placed an online order Saturday night ( two nights ago ) it was an order for three subs one of the subs by itself costed $18 due to add-ons which is fine but when I got there there were four workers working. When I walked in I got no greeting and I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me after they walked past me every single one of them looked me in the face and kept going. The whole time I was standing there I was listening to One gentleman talk about one of the other workers and or manager and it was not good. Very unprofessional. He was cussing and calling her different names and stating how tough he was for talking back when he was being reprimanded. I'm just going to assume that that worker wasn't there to defend themselves but it was very nasty the things he was saying. So I finally get my order after the gentleman that was talking trash finally looked at me and then asked the other lady that walked past me at least four times and looked me in my face if she could see what I wanted. She walked up didn't say anything I just stated that I'm there to pick up an order she repeated what I said and apparently they were still working on it. Now here's the kicker why would it take you over 20 minutes to make three subs and then when I get my sub which was an Italian it didn't have nothing but meat and cheese on it. No sauce no lettuce no tomato no nothing. Needless to say when I got home I was highly disappointed not only with the experience inside the store but with the food. This place used to be really well maintained and now every time I go in there it's a bunch of garbage. Unfortunately I will not be back and honestly I'm debating if I want to call corporate because that experience really got under my skin. I'm a very patient person because I work in the food industry also and the wait for my food wouldn't have been as bad had the experience inside the store not been a horrible one. Read moreI was waiting to pick up an order, a man was ahead of me waiting on his to go order, He simply asked “the heavy set woman” working the counter “where to pick up” she asked very rude” whats your name” he told her his name, she turned and walked away didn't say two words to him, only to come back slam the bag down on the counter and walk away, the guy took his food and left. I thought to myself how rude of her, her behavior was absolutely unacceptable!! A simple thank you sorry for the inconvenience etc would of been nice. I do order to gos here often and let me tell you after what I witnessed how that “woman” treated a paying customer I will NOT be ordering from this location.
