I PLACED MY ORDER IN DRIVE THRU. THE CASHIER WAS DOING THE BEST SHE CAN. THIS IS A VERY BUSY LOCATION. MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT. I ORDERED 2 MEALS AND GOT ALL CHICKEN AND NO CHICKEN TENDERS AT ALL. I CALLED FIRST BUT NOBODY PICKED UP. I WENT BACK UP THERE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND EXPLAINED THAT I DIDN'T GET MY TENDER MEAL WITH FRIES AT ALL. I BROUGHT THE ENTIRE ORDER BACK UP THERE. I WASN'T GIVEN A RECEIPT. OF COURSE SHE REMEMBERS ME BECAUSE I HAD LITERALLY JUST LEFT LIKE 10 MINUTES AGO. MY ORDER WAS GIVEN TO ME AND I LEFT WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. THE MEAL REPLACEMENT OF THE TENDERS WAS FRESH INCLUDING THE FRIES. LISTEN, I'M NOT SAYING THIS LOCATION DOESN'T HAVE ISSUES. THEY ALL DO. I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO CHECK YOUR ORDER WHICH I DIDN'T DO THIS TIME BECAUSE MY ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION HAS NEVER BEEN INCORRECT UNTIL TODAY ACTUALLY. I DIDN'T SEE THE PEOPLE THAT NORMALLY WORK THIS SHIFT WHEN I COME AND I FREQUENT THIS LOCATION OFTEN. SO MAYBE IT'S NEW STAFF OR MANAGEMENT. Read moreStaff is normally kind and courteous, but their serving sizes are less than full, biscuits are usually cold and hard unless specifically requested fresh, but the straw for me is when Daija left from sweeping the lobby floor, straight to the register to take my order. It was then the attitude that proceeded when I inquired if she was serving with the same cleaning gloves she was previously using. She replied (with wide eyes), “I didn’t think it was a problem since I don’t handle the food”. Be it true, she may not handle the food, however she is still handling the cups that customers drink from. That’s basic hand + food sanitation 101. If you fail to practice good hand sanitation after cleaning the floors, I’m convinced that you practice the same bad habits after leaving the washroom. Lastly, a word of caution to those that order meals from this restaurant via third party delivery services: while waiting, I witnessed a random customers touching an order that clearly did not belong to him. Read moreClearly the owner of this location does not care at all about their restaurant. The building is run down and looks like it should have been updated (we are not in the 90s anymore). The intercom is always broken. I have ordered food here a couple of times before and it was always just “ok”, but my last time (7/16/23) was very disappointing. I ordered through the app. The fries were cold and stale like they had been sitting out a while. The spicy chicken sandwich was a complete horror. Big let down. It was old tasting, which means it was probably “cooked” in old nasty grease, rubbery, hard to chew and dry. Not the finger licking yum you expect from KFC. Not juicy, not hot, not fresh. Disgusting. It is my go to sandwich and I was very disappointed at what I got. To make matters worse, I ordered the blackberry lemonade but instead received a regular lemonade. The Taco Bell portion of this restaurant is the same. Does anyone read anymore or even care? What happened to pride or work ethic?
