I'm a positive person who always looks for the best in every single thing OR situation.
With that being said - I'm sorry to have to say how terrible this was McDonald's was yesterday.
We stopped in shortly after 1pm. Not only did we have to wait 30 minutes for our order - they got one of our burgers wrong (sons cheeseburger was right, husband's double chz but gave ME a cheeseburger instead of double) took my receipt AND my burger back up to the front. The woman ROLLED her eyes while telling the MANAGER about it being wrong - only to question me again like I'm wrong - while providing my receipt.
Doesn't stop there. Then I wait an additional 10 minutes for them to just put another burger patty on because that's exactly what they did. Not to mention smeering ketchup all over the bottom of the bun so it's a mess.
Sadly the three of us have had stomach issues since then, it was the only meal we had out of the norm. Def won't be back there and reporting this location to corporate.

Read moreWaited 30+ minutes at curbside with using McDonald's app. Went inside to see why we have not received our food. Was told drive-thru was priority. I said using the app and curbside is basically the same but with someone bringing the food out. Then the person got rude. I asked for a refund as I never received my order and was told to go thru the app to get refund. After a month of contacting the app department (whom created an incident record) they submit notification to the store management. I received 1 email from their customer service manager and no mention of a refund. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge for $18.02. I can't believe that McDonald's and/or the franchise owner could not refund $18.02. Bottom line, if a McDonald's location, including franchise locations, cannot adhere to the policy of the McDonald's app then the should not be allowed to use the app. Do not to the app unless you know they following the policy, as this is not the first McDonald's that I had to wait 30+ mins for my order but...
