DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MCDONALDS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST MCDONALDS LOCATIONS IN THE CITY.

THE Location staff is extremely ghetto. There is no decent or cute-looking staff at these locations. They are all loud, ugly-looking, awful hair styles, and rude. The staff at this location often wears the same clothes every day and they do smell. When you come to order from this kiosk, they walk away, you have to repeat your order multiple times, they mess up the orders, they do not greet you anytime, get loud with you when you complain and do not prepare the food well. This location often sees a high rate of staff turnover and the new staff that come is often just as bad if not worse. The customer service at this location is horrendous and URGE EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MCDONALDS LOCATIONS. The staff at this location is ridiculous.

IN ADDITION, IF YOU COME IN THE MORNING, some older overweight guy is mopping all over the place. I slipped and fell a couple of times at this location but did not file a lawsuit. It is awful and no wet signs are visible.

NO LOITERING POLICY- DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS IF YOU PLAN TO SIT AROUND OR HAND out for an extended time. I have seen multiple guests suddenly kicked out and asked to leave after 10 minutes. The owner of this location is very nasty. There are also flowers on all the tables and not clean or anything and if you have allergies, you could be at risk. Some germs have built up in the flower containers as they just sit and never watered or clean. The seating is also very hard and small and can be difficult or insufficient for larger guests

POOR QUALITY FOOD- The ice cream and shake machines are often out of order and not working at this location. If you come for a flurry or shake, this location often cannot make them as the shake and ice cream machines are often broken and non-working. AS FOR ALL THE OTHER FOOD, THE FOOD QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. The food items like fries and chicken nuggets are very undercooked hard, stale, not fresh, and cold. Any of the hot food items you buy will be the same. It is undercooked, stale, and not fresh, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CHANGE THE GREASE AND REHEAT FOOD NOT SOLD THE SAME DAY. It tastes very nasty and can make you feel sick many times. If you ask for a change or refund, you will not get any

THE RESTROOMS AT THIS LOCATION ARE NASTY AND OFTEN OUT OF TOILET PAPER.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO WORK FOR MCDONALDS, DO NOT WORK AT THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ISSUES

STAFF HOURS SUDDENLY CUT WITHOUT NOTICE- This location does not stick to its employee commitment. The location suddenly reduces staff hours if you do not agree to do additional work outside your job duties. The location has a high attrition rate and the only staff that stick around is ugliest ugliest-looking staff. The few young cute black girls it gets are often fired. Every time the location has staff quit, it asks its existing staff to do extra unpaid work outside of your job duties and requirements. If you refuse, your hours get cut or even fired. If by observation it does not look like you are doing everything, your hours will get cut or even terminated.

Virtually all staff hired will be multitasking and asked to do work and tasks outside their job duties with no additional pay.

The pay is very low at this location because most staff feel like they are doing 2 jobs just to be liked by managers. If you do only your assigned work, you will be out of a job fast.

THE staff at this location is generally ugly-looking. It can be tough to work with most. Their clothes smell, hair in awful condition, no makeup, lip-gloss, perfume smell, colored fingernails, or nothing. It can be tough to stick around long and nothing interesting to talk about

SO OVERALL, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE OR TRY...

I was at the first drive thru line and nobody was taking my order. I had placed an order through the app. I said hello a couple of times and after a couple of minutes still nobody responded on the microphone. I saw that orders in the second drive-thru line were being processed, so I drove up to the window to see if there was an issue.

Juanita was very sweet. I explained the situation to her and she informed me that they were having issues with the headset. Normally, the cashiers will be very rude if you cut the line and go to the pay window without speaking to them first at the speaker with the menu. Juanita was very sweet, understanding, cordial, and professional. She was understanding of the situation and with a joyful disposition helped me to get my order.

When I got to the window to pick up my food, the manager, Avae, was there in her church clothes. She had come in after church to help rectify the issues that they were having. She was absolutely amazing! Just like Juanita, she was sweet, understanding, cordial, and professional.

Avae informed me that she has just recently become manager of this McDonald's in the last week. With people like Juanita and Avae I have no doubt that they will make this one of the most amazing McDonald's.

It was fast, which most McDonald's nowadays it takes forever to get your food, delicious, and the service just made it a perfect day!

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been too and I just moved on this side of town so it's the closest one I have. Almost every time I come here there's an issue. I don't like to leave bad reviews anywhere but the straw that broke the camels back after happening again was going through the double drive thru lane. I'm waiting for someone to take my order and 3 cars get server in the other drive thru lane and I don't get a single answer. The last time it happened I just chalked it up to bad luck. Another time I came here after placing a mobile order after work. I got nuggets and selected the sauce I wanted. I get here, everything is there except the sauce. I tell the guy hey they forgot my sauce. I checked the bag in front of him and told him there's a sauce. Then an obnoxious woman comes up yelling "nuh uh you gotta pay for extra sauce I put it in the bag." I politely say no it's not in the bag and again check it in front of her. I got 40 nuggets and she comes back and hands me 2 sauces. I don't like confrontation, especially dealing with my food so I just said thanks and drove off. It would be fine if the order was wrong or they forgot something. I understand things happen and most of the time it would be a mistake. I normally wouldn't be leaving a review. But it's the complete lack of customer service this particular location continues to display that makes me write this review. There is one a little further way that I will go...
