Hi, I dined in this establishment in Jacksonville, Florida while I was out of town visiting my sister who is critically ill at Mayo Hospital. I used my credit card for purchase which was never returned back to me by the waiter. After several hours of realizing that the card was never returned back to me, I reached out to the establishment. The manager on shift at the time told me that she would look into it. I physically showed up at the establishment after not hearing back from the manager and was told that she would start to look into it now after I showed up. Long story short after waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes I was told that a day shift manager took my credit card out of the establishment and to her home. I had no choice but to wait until she could return the card back to the establishment. That turned into a whole nightmare after I was told that. The night manager covered for the day manager and was trying to protect her because they were close friends. She had no concern for me the customer whose credit card had now been compromised. I had to cancel my card immediately and wait for over a week for my bank to send me a new card in the mail. Not only was this an inconvenience but, I was staying at a hotel and had to figure out how to pay for the hotel and travel back home the next day after cancelling my credit card. Since then, I have been reaching out to higher management since than to get an explanation on how this could have happened. I have not had any luck with that. I also reached to their corporate office on Sep 5th, 2025, and was told that they would escalate this to higher management. I still didn't hear from anyone and have reached out to them 3 more times since then and nothing. I just can't believe that this is how this company operates and has shown me just how unprofessional that they are. No care or concern for its customers. Please be aware of this establishment in Jacksonville. Thanks for your time and support.

Read moreWe returned the meals but paid in full plus tip: Our recent dining experience at P.F. Chang’s was unfortunately disappointing. The food lacked seasoning, spices, and salt to the extent that every dish—whether Szechuan chicken or honey-glazed chicken—tasted remarkably bland and indistinguishable. Even the upgraded side of lo mein was devoid of flavor. The cooked peppers were also bland, adding nothing to the dishes.
Additionally, the brown rice was undercooked, while the substitute white rice had an unappealing, dough-like texture. A major concern was the quality of the chicken, which appeared stale, old, and reheated in a microwave rather than freshly prepared. One of our guests pointed out to the manager that improperly stored or reheated rice can pose a serious risk of Bacillus cereus-related gastrointestinal illness.
Hoping to improve the flavor, I requested sweet and sour sauce, but it was watery and lacked the richness expected.
To the restaurant’s credit, the manager and staff were polite and offered to remake our meals or provide coupons, but we declined. Despite the underwhelming experience, we paid in full and left a generous tip. However, it was evident that the restaurant’s 4.8-star rating may have led to a degree of complacency in food preparation and quality control.
We hope P.F. Chang’s takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that its reputation aligns with the dining experience...
Read moreWe went to PF Chang’s at the Town Center for the first time in 10 years. We were in a hurry and just decided to give it a shot. The staff were friendly and inviting. Our waitress, Jennifer, was very good. But I am sorry folks, the food is awful. Just as I remembered it was 10 years ago when we went there for a birthday dinner for a work dinner. Also, the table was a bit dirty and sticky and there were some odd odors. Nothing severe, but enough to notice. I am not sure why they brag about their lettuce wraps? The filling is mostly chopped water chestnuts, a few scallions and overcooked chicken seasoned in tons of soy sauce. We could barely eat it. Heck, the Thai Lettuce Wraps at Cheesecake Factory, across the street, are much better. And Blue Bamboo, in Riverside, is significantly better. They say that their food is prepared fresh daily, but I have to wonder. The Beef and Broccoli I ordered was “average” as far as flavor, but the meat is like rubber. Maybe cheap skirt steak. The brown rice was under cooked and hard in the middle. I know how brown rice should be cooked since we cook it at home a lot. Even our little local Chinese take-out, Bamboo Express, makes tastier and flavorful foods. And Fusion Sushi, on University Blvd., does as well. PF Chang’s honestly feels and tastes like food out of a plastic bag that gets microwaved and sent out. I would never go there again. You are paying for their location and the convenience and...
