Oh how I wanted my first experience since the new take over to be a great one, and oh how it disappointed soā¦. Where should I begin?? How about the beginning where I placed my order for pick up at 7:00P.M. upon arrival took a phone call that lasted until 7:10 when I quickly hung up the phone in an effort to hurry as one does not want cold food! As I hurried into the building to my surprise the carry out table was empty. Perhaps my order is not ready yet. Thatās alright Iāll use the rest room while I waitā¦.
1 bathroom had a out of order sign, so it limited the restaurant to a single stall bathroom. I wouldnāt normally leave reviews or images for this matter but for sheer comic relief of my first, not so great, experience, I had to⦠please send helpā¦
After returning from the bathrooms I joined what had now grown into a small pack of waiting people on to go ordersā¦.
After 1 lady rushed in and spoke with the staff about her order I thought I should check to make sure my order was received at this location⦠both staff members ignored me⦠after the woman left, I remained standing there waiting to ask again, finally the first staff member turns around and says yeah we got your order back thereā¦
Okay great thatās all I wanted to know..
Finally at 7:28 p.m the second staff member walks up with my order⦠it wouldnāt have been so bad, but if I wanted to wait in line and order my meal I would not have placed my order online ahead of time for a p Timed pick up using the appā¦.. like⦠what even is the point of the app then?
But also the cleanliness levelā¦
I hope the order is right at least and the food is goodā¦.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreso here me out. iāve never been before, heard great things even. so on this fine tuesday afternoon (08/13/2024 @ 1:45 PM) i decided im gonna finally try it. i pull in, parking lot not too busy, i walk in to no line. now i did my research on the menu a little bit before i came so i would have an understanding of what i wanted. i get in line and wait for an employee to take my order. she wiped off the line and asked what i would like, i said i would like to do super greens and white rice, she passed it down to the next section, i was asked what sauce i would like, i asked the employee what their favorite was and she said, ānone i think theyāre all really grossā oh! okay then.. i got 2 sauces and got passed down to the meat section, i planned on getting 2 meats (lamb and chicken) but as soon as i said i wanted chicken, she put it in the bowl and gave it to the cashier, and then started helping the next customer. it all felt very rushed and overwhelming for coming for the first time. all the employees were actually pretty rude with theyāre tone. i work in food service and actually manage in customer service so i understand to a certain extent. i checked out and forgot i wanted to try to pita chips, so i let my cashier know āhey, sorry i forgot i wanted to grab some pita chipsā and she proceeded to groan, grab the chips, and actually tossed them on my tray and said ā2.89 šā idk if i just came on a bad day or what but you will not catch me at this...
