Smoothie King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I am a cancer patient stage three ovarian cancer. I need a lot of protein for my treatment. I called smoothie King and spoke with Ally M. the smoothie King store number 1380 off JTB. I called because I really didn’t know what to order. I just wanted something really high protein and I figured she wouldn’t have time to talk to me because it’s busy doing the holidays, but she took time to help me make a decision and actually save my order so that when I pulled up and say this is Regina, she said drive-through what I didn’t expect is for her to say this is on me, Regina. But that wasn’t it. What was it as I pulled the cup up when I drove off to take a sip to see if I could stomach it I saw you got this. We appreciate you and it started with my name. It was Regina. You’ve got this. We appreciate you with a smiley face. In today’s society, Customer Service is so rare people seem to be angry to serve, but Ally was freaking amazing and people could take lessons from her and learn how to serve people the way she did. Been to other smoothie Kings many time. Get the same thing every time. Normally everything is smooth. Not this time. Got two medium vanilla hulks, as per usual. But upon first swig, I was greeted with the gooiest/chalkiest/semi-warm liquid I’ve ever had in my mouth. Needless to say, very disgusting & disappointing. After I mention it to the (presumably) manager, he says give me a minute & ill brb. Guy simply opens one of the cups, pours it into the blender adds a little scoop of ice and gives it a quick blend. Then he pushes them back across the counter and says “this should be better.” I give it a test & now I have one chalky, goo’y, and crunchy. The other doesn’t seem to have changed.
