I don't recommend going to this Wendy's location. It is a complete disaster. They are almost always out of something I order (frosty, drinks, sauces, baked potatoes, even cheeseburgers)!! I have never once successfully received a baked potato, even during prime time dinner time, they are always "out".
They often serve burned french fries and even when they are not burned, they are almost never salted properly which means they taste like cardboard. I also receive burned cheeseburgers and chicken tenders. In addition to all this, sometimes (maybe approximately 10% of the time), the wait can be extremely long, the last time this happened it was 40 minutes! It's supposed to be fast food, so that is completely unacceptable.
They get my order wrong very close to 100% of the time. For instance, on the last visit, I ordered all three singles with cheese only. One of them had everything on it, so I gave it back and told them I ordered it with cheese only, then they gave me a single with nothing on it, not even cheese. So again, I had to wait for another cheeseburger while my other food was getting cold. They also forgot my frosty.
The visit today, they did the same thing and gave one of three singles with everything on it instead of cheese only. The fries were burned and not salted, and I did not receive the large chili that I ordered. The screen that shows the customer what they ordered is almost always not working, and if it were kept in working order it would at least prevent some portion of the errors that they make. For instance, the cashier didn't add the large chili to the order which is why I didn't receive it.
I asked to speak to a manager this time and told him all of this and he apologized, saying he had only been there a few weeks and he had heard many of the same complaints from other customers. That doesn't excuse him because I was there twice within that time and my experience was as described above, but obviously since he admitted it, there are many other customers complaining.
I keep meaning to stop going to this location and just drive farther to a different location, but I keep forgetting and just going out of habit since it's so close. God willing, I will remember from now on. The people who spend their hard earned money there...
Read moreIt's your typical fastfood place. I do have to say everytime I go there it's always is busy. There also always seems to be a customer who thinks they know everything about the food business when they actually show they know nothing and trying to make a situation wrong that they Are doing. Like complaining the grill person isn't wearing gloves when it's a Wendy's rule not to have gloves on when working the grill because they will melt to a persons hands. People who don't work in food always thinks there is something magical about gloves that makes things sterilized like by touching your food with gloves on automatically will take anything on them off. When actually u are 10 times more likely to contaminate something wearing gloves 1. because u can't feel something on your gloves like u can your hands 2. More contaminants stick to gloves and 3. A person not wearing them in restaurants u always see contentlly washing their hands when they don't while wearing them 🙄. Grabbing a bottle of mustard for instance with gloves on is going to carry the same stuff over to what they touch next just like your bare hands do and gloves do more so in fact... Look it up. Gloves aren't and never were meant to protect food or the person receiving it but more to protect the person making it which is why when you see the worlds top chefs you never see them wear gloves outside touching raw chicken for instance. Someone who knows nothing about working with food is always complaining about it though. This last time it was about a person putting fries into the fryer. Um yeah those are cooked at 350 degrees 😳. That is going to kill any germs and if you have gloves on they will melt to your hand and servely burn your hands immediately. So Sorry but if you can't handle the person making your food touching it then you shouldn't eat out and its tiring hearing people want to waste everyone's time by talking to a manager about a under paid person just trying to serve u your food and having them ridicule them over something they really know nothing about and are actually doing more to...
Read more5 times I've tried to order just a large classic grilled chicken sandwich through doordash and everytime I have ordered from there they have found a reason to cancel my order if it's after 8:30pm it seems. 3 times it was they didn't have the chicken and I do not eat fried foods unless I have to. 2 other times was because they couldn't make a frosty and without even bothering to offer a different beverage choice they just canceled the order. 5 different dates. I have the Doordash receipts to show this. I've never gotten a meal from this place after 9pm. Doordash called tonight after I placed my order and before the driver could speak i asked "let me guess, you have to cancel my order because you don't have the unbreaded chicken breast or you can't make a chocolate frosty?" To which they offered me a fried chicken sandwich and as I told them before I don't eat a lot of fried foods. I try to limit it to once a week but given my circumstances in life that's not within my control every night. Other than Ruby Tuesday you guys have the best grilled chicken sandwich, Wendy's is a middle second but being as Wendy's is not consistent and in all honesty never fill my orders or have what I only eat from your franchise I will no longer order from, give my business to, or even suggest that anyone else in my life go to and eat from any Wendy's anywhere for the rest of my life. I've never really eaten here anyway. I just order from here after other places have closed because you have a good grilled chicken sandwich other than that very rare order that I only started placing after a Doordash recommendation I didn't eat from Wendy's at all. My last memories I have eating from a Wendy's is from when I was a child in the 80's and Wendy's still had the salad, chili, and baked potato bar and they handed out gold foil ashtrays to use in thier restaurants when you could still smoke in them. That's how long I've been a semi customer at your establishment. But...
