Starbucks — Restaurant in Jasper

Never thought I’d give Starbucks a bad review. I have never seen sorrier employees. 2 girls working with no crowd. Couldn’t make a frap …no ice. Hello they are 5 steps from ice in the store. Couldn’t scan my wife’s phone for rewards. Made her drink twice instead of hers and mine. No lids! And when I finally got mine she set it down and walked away and I said that’s supposed to have whip and she said we don’t have whip! What they did have was plenty of time to talk to relatives passing by and each other! We hit Starbucks all over the country but never this one again. We were on our way back home, after an extended vacation, and I was feeling a need to have my Starbucks fix. Low and behold, and to my surprise, we found one inside this Ingles.

I was skeptical to order from here because I've never actually seen a Starbucks inside an Ingles before--Kroger, yes--but I was not disappointed. The frappucino I ordered was as delicious as I've come to expect.

If you're on the road and in need of a jolt, this location will definitely do you good. And, as a bonus, you can even pick up some snacks...

Unfortunately, we are officially done with this Starbucks. It is the only Starbucks with order ahead in our area but out of the 10 times I’ve gotten coffee here, 7 of them have been wrong or very not good. I order cold brew and frequently get burnt tasting iced coffee, we bought 2 Trenta caramel cold brews, drove all the way home and there was no sweetener at all, It was so bad we actually drove back.
