Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I ordered pizza many times here. i did received a bad pizza couple of times which doesn't have ingredients i ordered for and once it was not at all baked. Last time when i called the store for a replacement they said they don't have delivery drivers available and it will take more than 2 hours and said they will add a free pizza to my account which i can use in future. When i called them back to use my free pizza "Which they said they have added" manager and the staff there says there is no such thing under my name. So in the first place they deliver a bad pizza and when asked for replacement they say they cant deliver. secondly they say they add free pizza who also said i can use it anytime (no mention of it being expired or anything similar) taking their customers for a fool. Now they say there is no pizza added to my account. I ordered here so many times and now i am really upset on how their system works. never gonna order a pizza again. If any one of you received a bad pizza demand for a replacement and do not go with adding free pizza to your account as that will never be added or...

It's been a long, long time since I've had a Papa John's pizza. We live at the lake and don't eat pizza often, but when we do it's usually not a chain. But today, it was icy and scary outside so the office decided to order from Papa John's. It blows my former SoCal mind that we were too afraid to go out and pick up lunch, but we can call a pizza place and they'll deliver! So anyway, we ordered the two for $20 combo and what a pleasant surprise! The crust was hand thrown, the cheese was plentiful, the sauce was just enough and not crazy saucy and fake tasting and the toppings were generous. We had ham and pineapple on one and sausage and pepperoni on the other. A+++ on both. The icing on the cake was Miss Crystal, the girl who brought us the pizza. She had a smile on her face, told us to be careful out there and left with a fat tip...All around, an excellent encounter with pizza and delivery driver. We will definitely...

Just tried the new Ranch Dorito Papadia's ...we ordered 1 of each flavor. Just know they look amazing in the pictures online but in person they are THICK crust - soggy greasy on the bottom - and the Cool ranch Dorito flavoring powder is over powering loaded on top. And super salty. ( So much so it needs to come with a warning for heart patients) These would be great if they were a thin lighter crispier crust and the seasoning was added before baking instead of after.
