Snow, rain or shine open 24/7 and serving hot coffee all day. This newly remodeled location is a staple of our neighborhood and has been around for over 20 years. Not a healthy choice by any means but a great pit stop in the mornings before work or if you’re in a rush. The drive through is usually not that busy in the very early mornings 5am ish and if it is it moves quickly. This Dunkin is located near the highway so it brings traffic to the area. There’s also a baskin robins attached to this location so your summer ice cream needs are also served.

Horrible! Just stopped by and I think it was the last time! Been here a couple of times, each visit worse than the previous. Slowest drive through, most times they get the order wrong and today, after a super long wait (for which they did apologize), I get my egg and cheese croissant and not only is it not melted: but actually fridge cold. Take a bite and had to spit it out, it had a disgusting gas taste. How did they make a croissant taste chemical? Beats me! Only ate the hash-browns, which also tasted weird and extra greasy but I was too hungry.

Horrible! Just stopped by and I think it was the last time! Been here a couple of times, each visit worse than the previous. Slowest drive through, most times they get the order wrong and today, after a super long wait (for which they did apologize), I get my egg and cheese croissant and not only is it not melted: but actually fridge cold. Take a bite and had to spit it out, it had a disgusting gas taste. How did they make a croissant taste chemical? Beats me! I went through the drive thru tonight asking for a simple request for my coffee that they do for me every morning! The man was so rude, simple responded with “no” instead of “I’m sorry” or “I can do my best”. Just terrible customer service on his end. When I pulled up to the window to explain that they make it happen for me every morning, he literally just walked away and ignored us. Some other girl named CHRISTINA came to the window and didn’t even address our concern just processed to tell us the total. I paid for it and asked for the other man’s name in which she said “he didn’t feel comfortable giving”. Jokes on her cuz her name was on the receipt and now she’s getting the bad review. But regardless just don’t stop by at night because you will get ignorant, lazy customer service. Sad that these two employees are the reason this Dunkin is losing a daily customer ($$$). Will not be...

Parked in front of Dunkin Donuts ( THE ENIRE PARKING LOT WAS FULL}on Sunday August 20 about 330 PM and was walking to the Chinese restaurant {same parking lot} when DD employee Myra called me back and told me that that I can't park there and if I don't move my car I will be towed . When I questioned her as to where it shows that certain spots are reserved for DD customers she pointed to the "unauthorized parking" sign {same sign as in other parts of the lot} , she said she was sorry and again repeated that I will be towed ... I took this as a threat and moved my car . Buying my coffee here ever since DD was opened ... maybe 15 years or more although I have a DD closer...

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location got myself a coffee this morning the person in front of me got my order person drink out of it And handed it back because noticed it wasn’t theirs. Or wasn’t what they ordered. Looks like it was my order because when I pulled up they Just switching the lid!! when I confronted the lady They had a lot of attitude because they had to Redo my coffee again. Very unsanitary, Definitely Should call the health department. My suggestion they should train their employees again. To not be so nasty 🤮 They wouldn’t want that...
