I went through the drive thru tonight asking for a simple request for my coffee that they do for me every morning! The man was so rude, simple responded with “no” instead of “I’m sorry” or “I can do my best”. Just terrible customer service on his end. When I pulled up to the window to explain that they make it happen for me every morning, he literally just walked away and ignored us. Some other girl named CHRISTINA came to the window and didn’t even address our concern just processed to tell us the total. I paid for it and asked for the other man’s name in which she said “he didn’t feel comfortable giving”. Jokes on her cuz her name was on the receipt and now she’s getting the bad review. But regardless just don’t stop by at night because you will get ignorant, lazy customer service. Sad that these two employees are the reason this Dunkin is losing a daily customer ($$$). Read moreParked in front of Dunkin Donuts ( THE ENIRE PARKING LOT WAS FULL}on Sunday August 20 about 330 PM and was walking to the Chinese restaurant {same parking lot} when DD employee Myra called me back and told me that that I can't park there and if I don't move my car I will be towed . When I questioned her as to where it shows that certain spots are reserved for DD customers she pointed to the "unauthorized parking" sign {same sign as in other parts of the lot} , she said she was sorry and again repeated that I will be towed ...
