This location is pretty hit-or-miss when it comes to just about anything. Some days the service and food are spot on, some days both are severely lacking. Today's visit was on the quicker/better side...mostly.

I was greeted immediately when I came in and had my order placed in less than 3 minutes. Food delivery was less than 5 munites, which is surprisingly fast for just about any Taco Bell these days. My order was correct and tasted good, but both of my taco shells were broken and, if I were to check them against Taco Bell portion standards, would come in well under the standard meat portion.

The staff is pleasant and focused, and everyone seems to be involved in getting the customers taken care of. What is lacking, and is usually the case for this location, is attention to the dining room. As I sit here I see close to 20 trays sitting on the three trash cans and a floor that could use some attention. Likewise, in the nearly 25 minutes I've been sitting here, no one has been out from behind the counter to address either issue, or the tables that need to be cleaned. I've seen 4 customers that have had to clean a table in order to sit down, while 3 tables sit with used items from previous customers.

This location is the closest to my house, making it pretty convenient on my way to and from work. If the dining room upkeep was better I'd be compelled to visit more often, but it's obvious that the focus is more behind the counter than in...

I went to this location and I will never go back.I asked for extra avocado ranch and was charged for it mind you.They put none on the power bowl and I went back and stated this and was going to be charged again.I said I already paid for it and shows on the receipt and the girl at the window is very rude handed me one cup of avocado ranch with a very rude and obnoxious tone said she was only giving me one.WILL NEVER GO BACK.I was sooo mad after I paid for it I am being treated this way.Hell no!!You all need new management and the girl at the window needs an attitude adjustment.I am so tired of people treating paying customers this way .It already is soooo overpriced as it is now .Now your going to give me attitude and not give me what I requested and paid for .Totally disrespectful. If I were management and heard this girl speaking this way to customers she would have reprimanded and possibly fired if it did not change.This is the third time I have been treated like this and I am a very nice person to everyone.I am just not going to let people go more on this behavior.You are getting paid to do a job that is not that hard so take a chill pill and treat people better . consistently, at this location, there are items missing from our typical $25+ orders. last visit there were 4 items missing, requiring a second visit after a return home on a rainy night. we specifically ask the cashiers if all of the items are present/counted, and they always say yes, and we regularly receive orders with an item or two missing. Q: why is it the customer's responsibility to ensure an order is completed correctly? why is the process so flawed that orders are not correctly completed? upon return 20 min's later (realizing we've been shorted 4 items and now having our dinner interrupted), the manager(?) acknowledged shortage and offered to complete the order, then subsequently sent us around to the front where we waited for 10 min's while 4-5 customers behind us in the drive thru were served (!?!). unacceptable! then, they tried to hold onto our receipt (which had survey info) because it was needed for their "records". after another few mins we got that back.

conclusion: we're done with this location! ps upon return home w the 4 items, we found that the bean & rice burritos were missing beans, and the taco shells were cracked because they were put in the bottom of the bag underneath our other...
