Wendy's — Restaurant in Jerome Township

Food was not the best, but was okay. Ordered the asaggio chicken sandwich, but it didn't have the sauce on it so it was bland and dry. The fries tasted fresh The manager though deserves one star. He failed to give me a receipt, but I believe I heard somebody call him "John". This is at 7:55 p.m. on Sunday October 20th I pulled up to the window gave him my card, he gave it back to me, he handed me a drink (no words have been spoken yet by him), but there is me saying "thank you" as he's handing me my card and again saying "thank you" when he hands me my drink. Then he hands me my food and says "here you go". So I stopped him and asked him if he was the manager, as he appeared to be by the way he was dressed. And his response was "yes I'm one of them". I then said to him "if you're the manager, why don't you thank people for their business?"and he literally just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. So I said to him "that's awfully rude, don't you think?". And again he's still staring at me, so I just drove away. While volunteering for the Memorial Golf Tournament, I was pleasantly surprised to see this newer Wendy's, so I popped in for lunch on Wednesday. I ordered the three chicken tenders- THEY WERE TERRIBLE! All three were FLAT, DRY, OVER-COOKED, HARD. I only ate two... I was hungry and needed SOMETHING to eat. I, also, order the Ceasar side salad- ok, but tomatoes were squishy... could NOT eat them. I tried the next day for lunch, ordered a simple single hamburger with lettuce and tomato- ok, but there were all kinds of litte hard pieces in the meat I had to keep spitting out. Being a newly developed area, I had high hopes... also, being near the main drag of the Dublin golf community (there IS a Wendy's there, but not accessible by me at the time)... I thought it would be stellar...it's NOT. SAD VERY SAD I bought "to go" via walking in, so I could not complain to staff directly. Manager on duty seemed...

I have eaten at this Wendy's a few time s and each time it seems to get worse and worse. The workers are very nice. However, the service is extremely slow and you don't get what you want when placing an order. I always order the cheese and bacon baked potato. I ask for very crispy bacon each time I get this. Never give you crispy bacon, always limp and nasty. Not only that I have found a hair in my food each time I order from this place. Which is extremely gross. Any restaurant should be made to wear hair nets along with face coverage if you have facial hair. No one wants your hair in their food. Very gross and very unsanitary. I am going to say stay away from this place and go to the Wendy's off Perimeter in Dublin. They have excellent service and it's fast, not only that the food is made the way...
