Once again this Domino's has completely failed me as a customer. I don't really know what to say, it's very difficult to express yourself about your experience with this particular Domino's and not use foul language on this platform. So, in order for my opinion to be heard by others, I have to withhold greatly the feelings that are within me... with that said... this entire staff should be fired and the people that are hired to fill their spot should go through a very rigorous training and hiring process that allows for them to find competent people to work in this particular restaurant. I am aware that it's a very large undertaking and difficult task to service so many people. However, the fact is that this particular Domino's is located in a community that probably, in relation to the rest of the country, orders more Domino's per day than anywhere else. They messed up my order , again , but the sad part is this evening instead of having it delivered to my home I tried to save money because of the $3 service charge they charge and as always I'm tipping the driver at least $2 so it's approximately $5 delivery order charge. I called well in advance to place my order and i was very clear spoken and informed them I was on my way to pick it up, well after it should be ready. Upon arrival, everyone was confused, didn't know where my order was. It wasn't taken correctly because my phone number wasn't attached to the ticket and they also failed to make one of the two items I ordered. In about 2 minutes of confusion I begin to ask is it ready and they kept looking because they didn't know because there's hundreds of boxes of food probably being prepared to go out, I said to them okay, but is it ready.??? I mean the pizza I ordered was ready but the pasta wasn't and they kept looking I understand that it may be difficult to find this particular box in the stack of boxes but the fact is they never made it... and they knew it!!....from the beginning!!!...because they were looking around over and over in the same spot to find nothing. I finally push the issue and ask him is it ready did you make it? Now i'm standing there 8 minutes, I'm tired, I got to get up early for work very early tomorrow and I called in this order 23 mins prior. My decision to go directly to the restaurant also made it so that I'd have to actually walk home an extra couple of blocks, 7mins. When I finally asked for the last time they looked at me and said can you wait 5 minutes and I said to the guy "NO! I ordered this before so that I can pick it up now I've been up since 6 going to work and I got to get up to go to work again at 6 so I'm leaving. You would imagine cuz you had seen my order history when he put my name up on the computer, that this guy would just offer to deliver it to me free of charge and make the order right but NO! you just let me walk out and when I went to call the guy back I told him that I was frustrated, and he interjected, huffing at me to tell me "WELL! you just walked out!" and I countered that...justifying my actions to leave because the only option he gave me was to wait more time and I think that that's wrong, in fact Domino's initial premise was to make sure that their deliveries got delivered on time to their customers, and here, I'm helping, I'm coming to pick it up, and they don't even know if the order was made or not . Let's just say I don't feel comfortable ordering my food there again because I don't feel confident that the food i order won't be tainted by somebody doing something to retaliate, as a result of my discontent and expression of that discontent to the restaurant personnel this evening. I spend approximately, and this is sad to say, but definitely gonna change now, but, I would say I spend approximately $90 to $60 every 4 to 5 days ordering food late at night from Domino's because I come home so late from work and unfortunately rely on them way too often. They called me after I placed an order and told me they didn't have an item I ordered. I asked what the procedure was for this and they didn't know. They were very short and snappy with me like I had done something wrong. Why is it this difficult to order pizza? I should feel like I'm an inconvenience for making a purchase.
Pizza from here is, well, Dominoes... but the customer service feels like I'm being treated like a prisoner or something. Horrible!
EDIT: I still wanted pizza... so I called back to try and get my order. After speaking with two more rude individuals i was finally told to hold and a manager came on the line. He was at least capable (if not willing) to help me and I relayed my order to him sans the item that was not available. He quoted me the price which was accurate and we hung up. It didn't occur to me until after I hung up that he had not charged me for the new order - that I would need to pay cash upon delivery.
Now, I'm not sure of any of you other millennials but we don't carry cash. We literally had a $5 bill in the house. So, I quickly ran out the local quick-mart and hit the ATM for some cash. By the time I got back the delivery driver was literally at the door (thank goodness I got back in time!).
I paid the correct amount and added a $5 tip for the driver.
After the transaction I went inside only to discover that the order was completely wrong. Parmesan bites had magically turned into terribly cooked cheesy bread (it even said prm bites on the tag) and the pizza itself had the wrong ingredients and wasn't cut so there were no slices.

Read moreNEVER AGAIN Very BAD customer service My kids was craving for a pizza from Dominos. At 8:30pm I called this store to place an order for delivery. When we're patiently waiting I fall asleep (because I just came from work). At 10:50pm (after more than 2hr) my phone rings and it was the delivery guy. I refused to receive the food because first of all the pizza was COLD and my kids was already sleeping. I was told by the guy to call the store to have it refunded. I called (the store) to get a refund but the unmannered staff that answered my call was rudely telling me that they are BUSY and then she hung up. I called them again and asked for a manager and she hung up again. I was so annoyed so I went to the store to speak to the manager. The manager was unprofessional, when I was telling him what happen he cut me and asked for my address and then handed me a refunded receipt and turned his back. He didn't even ask for apologize. Before I leave the store, I asked where can I file a complain their response was they can't do anything about it. I don't want to make a scene so I left and decided to just make a review.
P.S If in the beginning they have told me that I need to wait for that long I should have order from the other place or atleast they could have give me a courtesy call to let me know that they are running late. Never again, I will never order from this...
