Jade Wok — Restaurant in Jersey City

Ok so I call this place to order food and a lady picks up. At first she seemed friendly, but I wanted to confirm what I ordered was enough for delivery and was asking my family if they wanted anything else, all of a sudden she says, "HURRY UP!!" As someone who owns a business and know a thing or two about providing great customer service, the proper way of saying just that would have been, "I apologize but I have a few customers waiting can you please call back when you are ready? thank you". I wouldve understand and called her back just because she was polite, HOWEVER after she says HURRY UP, she hangs up. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THIS...

I order to have it delivered to my surprise there was a dead cockroach in the bag I called them up and I can't take it come back to pick up the food because there was a dead cockroach in the bag why did they do not see this they refused to come and pick it up so I went to the store to showdown and ask for my money back but they refused to give me back my money so I called the police to make a report so I can take him to small claims court and sue them for not only that living up to their reputation but being a hardass particular type of people...

If I could give this nasty restaurant zero stars I would had selected. The food was nasty: rice over cooked, broccoli wasn't wash, chicken tasted expired, my vegetable fry rice had pork. All my family got food possion from this restaurant. Please don't do business with these people. The owner is very rude over the phone and in person. When I told her that they got some of my dishes wrong she started arguing with me without given a solution, since it was her fault of getting my order wrong. Save your money and don't waste it on this...
