I’ve never had a problem with this location before and it saddens me that I have to write this review because I thought I love this place but not any more! This is what happened; I normally order from online but something in the app prevented me from getting a 2 Liter! So I called my Papa Johns and they told me that they are not delivering 2 liters but they can give me 2 20oz instead. I ordered my meal and deal and it took the normal 1hr to get to my house! I came down and the delivery guy first asked me did I pay with a credit card or debit card! I gave him the Look why are u asking me! He tells me That he gave another costumer my receipts by accident! Sorry! Then handed me the boxes— ok so where are my drinks!!!!! He tells me you didn’t order any drinks!!! Then he pointed at the box to make sure ...and he was surprised that I was right and he was wrong! Then he tells me sorry I guarantee that he’ll be back with my drinks and only take ten minutes! I told him I hope so! By car we are only ten minutes away! I call the papa johns to let them know! And they put me on hold and then the call magically hangs up. So I wait for this man! I open my pizzas and one of them were wrong! The deal was B1G1 free; my free one wasn’t the one I wanted! But that’s fine because it was free! 40 minutes pass and my husband gets impatient asking me where the drinks at!????? I called... the lady told me ohh sorry I’m not sending a delivery guy for just 2 drinks! And I was like well he guaranteed me so he’s going against his words!!!! Then I spoke to the manager and he was trying to put Icing on the cake by giving me 2 free pizzas in the future!!! But really I just wanted my drinks! The Manager wasn’t able to maintain himself and he was very rude and obnoxious just because I turned down the offer. He got even more upset that I asked for his name and the driver’s name meanwhile I’m very calm in the situation. This time hour there are no stores where I can buy water so I was looking forward to my drinks! Sorry but you guys have changed and not for the good but for the bad! Hopefully the district managers or Mr. John sees this...
Read moreToday was the last straw with this place and it’s a shame I have to write this review because the pizza is tasty. But the service at this location is absolutely terrible! They have no common sense of what customer service is. This is the second time it has happened, twice in a row delivery orders and nothing is brought correctly, things of the order missing upon delivery, the delivery men act like you’re crazy when you ask for the missing items but happily take your money and expect your tip for a half ass job! Then when you call the shop and ask for the items you have paid for to be sent to you they act like it’s an inconvenience to them because of their screw up! I don’t know what the problem is but it was never like this! Today 11.27.17 I placed an order at 6:15 for an XL pie and didn’t receive my order until 50 minutes later at 7:05; you would expect that since I waited almost an hour my pizza would still be hot and bubbly WRONG! the pizza was cold and gummy as if it was sitting for a while and they didn’t have anyone available to deliver it! The man I spoke with on the phone was so rude it blew my mind; he basically called me a liar and told me that I had not been waiting almost an hour for my pizza, umm ok sir and that it was impossible for my pizza to be cold because it just came out of the oven, brushed me off the phone and put the pizza maker who you could barely understand a word he was saying to basically get nothing accomplished! Don’t order from here!! They suck, they’re rude, and don’t stand by their product, just interested in taking your money and not making things right! Stick to the mom and pop pizzerias, that’s what I’ll be doing from now...
Read moreThey deserve no stars. I called at 3:56p.m. and my pizza was supposed to arrive at 38minutes. I called when it hit the hour later. I was told to wait 10 more minutes. I told the morning shift leader that if the pizza is cold I don't want cold pizza. He was nice and said if it is cold call me back and I will take care of it. Well, he left for the day and obviously didn't inform the night shift leader because him and the lady that worked there said, they can't do anything about it and I am stuck with COLD pizza and out $30!! worst part is the lady hung up on me multiple times until the night shift guy picked up. I NEVER write reviews especially BAD ones but this is horrible customer service!! This guy told me next time you should pick up your pizza. That was his response to a customer having cold pizza which ONLY reflects bad on them and papa john's. I complained with the chain because NO ONE should be working that will treat anyone this way. I have worked in customer services for years you NEVER hang up on people because you don't want to deal with delivering issues being 40 minutes later then it was supposed to arrive. This NY style pizza is absolutely looks disgusting and I am just throwing it out since it is COLD. I was going to drop it off but I was to angry to do so. I will call and see how the manager actual handles the situation because the other two have NO CLUE that you don't give people cold pizza and then tell them to stop ordering to be delivered if I want hot pizza.
