I was excited to see this site open close to my home, so I didn’t have to go to the garbage BWW on 1960 and 249. I’ve eaten here quite a few times since they opened and the store looks nice and the front staff are always pleasant. However the food quality seems to be taking a nosedive quickly. The food consistently is cold and/or undercooked. Hopefully they get their act together and don’t become another gross Bdubs. Edit: this place has turned things around lately. So I’m raising my review. I’ve ordered a few more times from here and it’s got considerably better quality.

Veníamos de una mala experiencia en otro Buffalo con mi novio pero aún así decidimos venir a este y no nos arrepentimos en lo absoluto, un buen servicio que hizo que la cara de molestia de mi novio se volviera una de felicidad en tan sólo minutos y una comida riquísima, esto fue hace dos semanas probablemente pero me gusto tanto este lugar que asta el día de hoy sigo con ganas de lo delicioso que estaba todo😋 definitivamente recomendadicimo este lugar 😊

First 2 visits went well, but my 3rd time boy did they mess up. Was supposed to have a large wedges and large fries with my order. They didnt have it ready I guess because I grabbed whatever was in my locker since it was "ready " and when I got home and checked no fries or wedges. I send my brother back to tell them. He comes back with a regular size of each. No hassle thankfully but he had to wait for them to make it and it was still not correct. Eventually they call saying my fries have been sitting out cold? I'm just like... ok they were not there when I picked them up and why didnt you just give them to my brother instead of making new ones and giving him the wrong order when he went? I end up pulling up, the large fries were there but instead of wedges, they gave us tater tots. Still the wrong order but whatever, we got more than our moneys worth at that point, but how about just give us the right...

Wow, I just had the most horrible experience with the manager today. For no reason, he starts talking crazy to me. All I did was bring my order in and tell the girl worker it was wrong... Then, one of the workers said they weren't cooking the s*. They were gonna clock out so then I was like, well, I just don't even want any food now. Can I get my money back? The manager comes up. He's irate with me.I think he's on drugs because of the way he's talking and slurring his words.He's not making sense one minute, he's friendly The next minute he's acting like I told him I want my money and my food and like I had attitude and I never even said anything to him!!!! Never, ever ever again.Will I eat at this place ...It was the first time I was gonna try it.It will not happen again.And I would never advise anybody to come to this location horrible...
