Just came back from dinner last night, I have not came to this location before but the service was horrible. Our server Peter M was not welcoming at all, he made me and my family feel so uncomfortable. Not only asking inappropriate questions and kept us asking if we were ok or what was wrong like in a bad way have me the impression he thought we were on drugs or something... I think my appearance is decent given also the fact that I came in with my toddler so for him to make me feel that way was unacceptable as well as asking my little sister the same questions. I understand you want to know how your guests and tables are doing but that’s in regards to the food and service but going into personal questions and just asking what’s wrong every time you come to the table is wrong. I have been a server myself and I can say his service was not a good one, may be one of the worst services I have ever been given. When we were leaving I asked for to go boxes and as I was boxing up my food he reaches out to grab the plate I’m still working on getting in the to go box and just made me feel very rushed and didn’t even get to box up all of my food. As I was paying in the register he started complaining about how he’s not even a cashier and why he had to be cashing me out... and he continued with asking so many questions, just made me feel completely uncomfortable. Overall the visit was horrible, the food was ok but I couldn’t even enjoy it because of our server Peter which he also kept staring from a distance, there is a difference between glancing over to check if you need to approach your table for assistance but there’s a difference with staring at your table and make them feel rushed and uncomfortable on top of just staining around not doing anything... I wish we would’ve gotten the last that was serving the table next to us she seemed to have more sense of customer service. Next time I’ll just go to IHOP, the service in this location should change and also maybe get rid of Peter that kind of attitude does not need to affect your business or any other hard...
Read moreThe last time I ate at this location was a year ago and every single thing was horrible. I decided to give it a try this morning since it’s been a year and I was hoping things would be different for the better since it was the “Grand Reopening”. Nope not at all. I am usually very pleasant and understanding towards servers because I use to be one, but the attitude today from the server was real. Me and my family sat down on a table that had ants crawling on it, so we politely told the hostess we were moving and why. A few min later the rudest server EVER came over to get our order. After ordering I said thank you and handed her the menus. This young lady with piercings on her face decided to grab the menus out of my hand and slam it on the counter behind her and walk away. She said you’re welcome and was pleasant to all her other customers but me and my family. Im not sure what the problem was with my family but you can tell the different treatment she gave us versus her other customers. We are paying customers just like everyone else so Im not understanding why we were treated so differently. Because she did not introduce herself, I do not know her name, but she was very rude. I did not say anything because my husband asked me not to, but I am leaving this review in hopes her management talks to all employees about friendly and inviting customer service and how using please and thank you along with welcome or thanks for coming can make a positive difference in a...
Read moreI've lived in the area for over 3 years now and have now been to this Denny's twice. My first experience was pretty great, except they got the eggs wrong on one of slams. The waitresses kindly worked together, ensuring our drinks were full and our needs were met. That experience would've been 4 stars, only losing a star for the small order error. I just wrapped up my 2nd breakfast at this location, this experience was 2 star at best. Again, our eggs came out wrong, but my extra bacon rather than sausage was also missed. Our waters went completley empty and the corrected scrambled eggs were completely cold and definitely didn't seem fresh. The waitress brought our pancakes out after the rest of the food, then said she'd be right back with the butter. I watched her walk back to the kitchen area, and just stand there. My husband finally walked over the counter and asked for the butter. My final disappointment, after not talking to us for 10-15 minutes, in the middle of taking the table next to us order, she quickly turned and placed the check on our table, then returned to taking the other table's order. We sat there for a moment in disbelief while we finished sipping our coffee and eating our pancakes. After my first experience I had wondered why the reviews for this location were so low, and had even commended the wait staff. This trip made me understand, unfortunately. I'll probably go back at least once more, perhaps a 3rd experience will improve my opinion of...
