Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jersey Village

This is the WORST Pizza Hut location EVER!! If I could give NO stars I would. One evening I ordered pasta. Over 3 hours later they still had not delivered it and then had to wait til the driver was back to see where it was. I just looked earlier today at my checking account and they never did give me a refund as I never received my food that eve. 2nd bad experience was I ordered food around 10pm and had to call after store was closed as I had not received it. Instead of calling etc they took it upon themselves to cancel my order while I was on the phone with the Pizza Hut call center. I can only assume this was done as they did not want to deliver the pizza since it was after close even though the order was placed an hour before. Here I sit tonight with my 3rd bad experience. I placed an order a little after 10pm tonight. Here I sit at 11:22pm with no pizza once again! I can only assume this is because once again they do not want to deliver any orders that must be delivered after 11pm. I have also had issues with them when my mother was in town last year when they took 3 plus hours another time and we never received our food. The GM is just as useless as the store is as EACH time I have had a problem I have requested to speak to him and also asked him to call me back. I have YET to receive a call. I am done dealing with store level with this location after tonight. I will be taking this to corporate as they need a new GM and employees or to just close the store all together.

Poorly run Pizza Hut. The food was scheduled to arrive before 7:00 PM on a Friday night, but didn't arrive until right before 8:00 PM after I had been calling for 20 minutes prior with no answer. Upon finally arriving, being friendly, I asked the driver if it was busy and he confirmed it had been busy and "we're under new management. I don't know what's happening." Veryifying my order, the driver realized one of my pizzas was missing. He stated that he would need to return back.

Waiting for more than another 30 minutes, after my family had already eaten, which the food was cold, yet overcooked and the containers smashed, I decided to head to the Pizza Hut. Arriving, there were several people waiting, the phone consistently ringing to no avail, only one older female woman making the pizza orders, one counter representative, and someone in the back doing something else(?), in other words chaos and disorganization. I spoke with the associate and advised him of the situation. The associate laxidaisically stated he would have another prepared, which meant I had to wait amongst the already impatient crowd for my missing pizza.

I understand Friday is a busy evening, and it may seem they're short-staffed, but something has to give when it comes to customer service and some sort of service recovery made to retain customers. Will NOT be ordering from this establishment...

Last night I ordered this pizza online. I arrived at the time I was given to pick up and it was not ready (7:45pm) There were people everywhere in the lobby area awaiting their food but no orders were ready. Majority of the crowd left in anger and never getting their order, however, I wanted to get my order as I used my points to get it. After 9 attempts to call the restaurant to speak to a manager from my phone in the car (each time it just hung up), I went back inside the store as the line decreased from angry customers. There were orders everywhere sitting on the counters and never touched nor under proper heat. I stood in like another 30 minutes and the order I seen still was sitting there untouched yet they planned to serve it to someone under Unregulated temperatures unregulated temperatures. I do plan to report this information to the Harris County Health Department food service as this is unacceptable. Finally, around 8:55pm(over an hour that was promised) I received my order. The box was very cold to the touch and when I got home the food was also cold. This needs to change ASAP. Definitely want to speak to a manager or...
