Came to use a coupon I received today buy one get one free FL sub of equal or lesser value excludes the beast and some other subs. So I got the #11 #6 those were not excluded so we should be good. The young man making my sandwiches made a awesome looking sandwich and took his time. He put olives on my sandwich like I asked all of the sudden an old troll came out the back and told him he put to much olives on. I didnt see a problem with how he made MY sandwich. I could tell this great experience I was having was about to go down. I get to scan my coupon at the scanner no light is coming out obviously its not working. The manager short lady who cant spell well, told me to keep trying to scan i told her "I dont think it is working can you type it in manually or something?" "NO" she replied. "Matter fact we dont take that coupon for those subs those are excluded" I showed her the coupon and showed how only the beast the mexi cali and some others not the ones I got. But it didnt matter they refused to honor this coupon. District manger carlos was also no help had the same attitude and basically told us to kick rocks" I made the decision to not accept this". "only at participating locations"he said. NO NO NO dont go to this subway or the one on hollister or cypress they are owned by the same incompetent people. There are so many subways in this area choose either one except these and read the recent reviews alot of people with the same trouble. At least they gave me my refund, FOR NOW they might discontinue that also in the direction...

My friend handed the cashier, a short Hispanic woman who appeared to be around 30-40 years old, $9 for a footlong cookie and a footlong pretzel. The cashier noticed my friend had change and asked to swap it out, which seemed like a friendly gesture at first.
However, when my friend later asked for the money back due to needing to leave, the cashier suddenly became aggravated. She pulled out the receipt and insisted that no payment had been made—even though I saw my friend hand her the cash. My friend calmly tried to explain, but the cashier only got louder and more aggressive. In the end, not only was the money taken, but my friend never even received the food. Wanting to avoid further conflict, my friend decided to leave, and the cashier stormed off without resolving anything.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. The cashier essentially stole from a paying customer and handled the situation in the worst way possible. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, and people should be careful when dealing with...

She noticed I had change and asked me to switch it out, which seemed fine at first. However, when I realized I had to leave and asked for my money back, everything changed.
She suddenly got aggravated, pulled out the receipt, and claimed I never paid—when I absolutely did. I calmly explained the situation and asked for my money, but instead of resolving it professionally, she got louder and more aggressive. Not only did she take my money, but I also never even got my food. At that point, I didn’t want to argue or escalate things, so I said I would just leave. She then stormed off without any resolution.
