They have a policy where you have to order or else they kick you out. Makes sense because its a business but they keep pestering until you order which is really annoying. Whats also weird is that even if you're with a group of friends every single person has to order. I was with a group of I think 5 or 6 people for a study session and 2 of us didn't order. The manager told us that the rest of us would have to order or else wed get kicked out so we told her we would order soon. At that point we were barely settled in... A couple minutes later though she reminded us again that we had to order or she'd kick us out and I told her once again I'd order later. Then I think when she told us for the 3rd time that's when we stood up and just left. Maybe she has trauma or something from people not ordering but I don't need reminders to order. I always order at cafes anyways out of respect and I was gonna order here like I said I would. I wasn't even settled in though and she was pestering me. They're money hungry or something probably because after the old management I noticed less people would come. The old management was way better. They greeted you every time you walked in and and walked out. The prices were lower. The food was better. They didn't have a policy where they would force you to order (I would always order out of respect anyways). I used to come at least 2-3 times a week to study so it's sad that such a good bakery is like this now. The new management is horrible.
Edit: Hello! Firstly it was not a group of 8. It was a group of 5 or 6 like I said. Second, we were not being loud or leaving a mess because we were simply studying. Third, we didn't "ignore" anyone. We said we'd order so you made it harder on youself by constantly pestering us. Fourth is I do appreicate my neighborhood bakeries. I go study at cafes every week (and I always order) and I'm actually currently at a cafe right now writing this review. Fifth, I edited this review earlier today because my friends brought it up. It seems you're still cranky!
Edit again: Hello! It’s interesting that ur lying tht we were rowdy bc I can guarantee everything that we weren’t. Bc like I said, we were trying to study. I study w my friends all the time and never had an issue being “rowdy” so nice try at lying😂! And no I will not be bringing my parents to visit a cranky lady like u! When people write low reviews on other business they always reply apologize and address the issue. Instead with my review along with others u continue to be stubborn and never take fault. I am not sure if u have always been cranky and stubborn but I suggest u see a therapist for your...
Read morePetite, asian-style pastry and coffee shop. The selection at Vincent's is a little more unique than the other nearby Korean cafes. For example, all the other bakeries have blueberry scones ~ Vincent's has a larger variety of flavors: matcha, date, etc. Their use of red bean is a little more unique too than the other standard locations. You should mix things up and come here for a visit. Things you should know: I. PARKING Vincent's is on the right end of a plaza with a public, shared lot out front. Shouldn't be difficult to find a free available space. II. SERVICE Friendly. They also speak Korean if someone you know needs it. III. QUALITY Fresh. They have a sale section to low-key prove freshness; they'll recognize when something is at the end of its shelf-life and place it in the sale bin. The coffee is standard. I wish Vincent's would be unique and have its own glassware to serve lattes for in-store customers ~ a more esthetic experience. Every Georgia asian bakery uses paper cups. It'd be nice if one stood out with unique plating. IV. CAPACITY The crowd picks up around lunch time and then dwindles back down. Seating is small and limited but I haven't walked in without being able to find a spot...
Read morewe asked for a red cake for our son with stars and the number 2, which for making us the number and the stars they charged us additional, we thought it was too expensive since it was only the number and 2 stars on each side, however the day that we went to pick her up, with 2 hours to go until her birthday, they were going to give us a pink cake with a horrible number 2, not to mention the supposed 3-point stars in cream that were not in the shape of a star anywhere, my angry husband told them that that was not what we had ordered, and the answer is that we did not specify the red color that you wanted, that we give it 1 hour and they improved it, but the truth was that there was no longer much of a fix, in the end we were very dissatisfied with our cake and of course It was not worth the extra for its decoration because not even the color of the cake was good, very bad service I think that if they are not capable of making a decoration they should not compromise and damage the expectations...
